What keeps you connected with the education sector, and how has your experience been with the institute?
I have been associated with this institute for the past 17 years, marking a substantial and enduring journey. The education industry, in particular, has been a constant source of connection for me. Engaging with students has been instrumental in fostering continuous learning, and creating an ongoing educational experience. This perpetual learning cycle is a key element that reinforces my sense of connection with the students and the educational mission of the institute.
What is your leadership philosophy?
My leadership philosophy centers around the principle of leading by example. In a leadership role, it is imperative to proactively take initiative. By demonstrating the values and behaviors I expect from others, I strive to create a learning environment wherein students and colleagues can glean valuable insights. This commitment to leading through one’s actions serves as the foundation of my leadership philosophy.
What are your responsibilities towards the students?
I am looking after admissions, I am looking after the entrepreneurship cell, and I am looking after so many things in this institute. My philosophy is that students should abide by the vision and mission of the institute. And they should grow themselves to achieve their mission and vision of the objective.

What are the placement opportunities available for students in your institute?
In our institute, we have a dedicated placement officer and a placement department. They establish connections with various industries in India, such as Ayesha, Vodafone, and Axis Bank. These companies actively participate in our campus placement drives, providing students with opportunities for mock interviews, personality development sessions, and soft skills training. The placement officer and the placement cell play a crucial role in facilitating these avenues for students.
What are the challenges for higher education in general and your institute?
Nowadays, students lean more towards digital resources than traditional books and theories. It’s both a challenge and an opportunity. To succeed in the future, they need to find a balance between using digital tools and sticking to the basics.
