New Delhi: Bharati Vidyapeeth University Pune has released the BVP CET Result 2023 on its official website @ bvuniversity.edu.in. Candidates can check and download their scorecards online by visiting the official university website. 

After the announcement of the result, a merit list is prepared based on the scored marks by the candidates in BVP CET 2023. Candidates who meet the criteria will be further called for counselling. Earlier, the entrance exam was held for registered candidates on June 11, 2023.

Bharati Vidyapeeth Common Entrance Test (BVP CET) is an engineering entrance exam for admission to BTech, MTech, and other engineering programs in Bharati Vidyapeeth University and its affiliated colleges.

Steps to Download BVP CET Result 2023

Candidates can download the scorecard from the link using their login credentials. The results can be checked in both online and offline mode. The following are the steps to download the BVP CET Scorecard online.

Step 1: Visit the University's official website i.e., @bvuniversity.edu.in.

Step 2: Click on the BVP CET Results 2023 link on the home page of the official website.

Step 3: Candidates have to enter their login credentials such as name, roll number, and date of birth.

Step 4: After logging in using the credentials, the scorecard will appear on the screen.

Step 5: The scorecard can be downloaded and a printout can be taken for future process.

In addition to this, the BVP CET results can also be obtained from the Pune office of Bharati Vidyapeeth University. The results are also available at particular centres in different cities such as Navi Mumbai, and New Delhi.

Candidates have to check the scorecard for the following details: Name of the student, Gender, Category such as Regular or Foreign Category, Total marks scored, and rank based on the score.

The merit list is prepared based on the marks scored by the candidates in different sections. The merit list is made separately for various categories such as Regular Category and a list for NRI/PIO/OCI/Foreign/Institutional Quota Merit candidates. 

Tie Breaking Criteria in BVP CET Results 2023

• In case two or more student score the same score, then the ranking authorities will follow specific tie-breaking procedures to rank them.
• Following are the different scenarios of tie-breaking scores.
• If two or more candidates score the same mark, then the section score will be considered. Firstly, the Mathematics section is taken into comparison for the highest score.
• If the section scores are still the same, then the HSC scores are considered. The candidate with the highest HSC percentage will be given priority.
• If still, the tie persists, then the candidate with the highest score in the 10th Mathematics will be given priority.
• Lastly, the computer randomly selects one candidate over the other and ranks accordingly.
