BIT Mesra PG Admission 2022 Open; Application Deadline Extended till July 14

New Delhi: BIT Mesra, Ranchi is inviting applications for its post-graduate programmes for the academic session 2022-23. Aspiring candidates can submit the online application form through the official portal, bitmesra.ac.in. The last date to apply is July 14, 2022.

BIT Mesra offers PG programmes such as M.Tech, M.Pharm, MUP and M.Sc across various specialisations. Candidates seeking admission to any of these programmes of BIT Mesra need to appear in the GATE / JAM / CUET / GPAT entrance examination.

To be eligible for admission at BIT Mesra candidates also need to have a bachelor’s degree in the relevant field. The entrance will be held on July 05, 2022 and the classes for the PG courses will commence from August 08, 2022.

BIT Mesra PG Admission 2022: Eligibility Criteria

Name of Programme	Eligibility Criteria
M.Tech	Candidates must have completed their B.E/ B.Tech/ AMIE / MCA / M.Sc degree in relavant disciplines with atleast 55% marks (50% SC/ST) from a recognized University. Preference will be given to those candidates who have qualified the GATE 2020/2021/2022 exam.
M.Sc	Candidates must have completed their B.Sc degree in relavant subjects with a minimum of 55% marks (50% SC/ST) from a recognized University. Preference will be given to candidates having valid JAM / CUET 2022 scores.
MUP	Candidates must have completed B.Arch/ / B.Planning/ B.E Civil Engineering/ M.A. / M.Sc. degree with relevant subjects with a minimum of 55%marks (50% for SC/ST) from a recognized University. Preference will be given to those candidates who have qualified the GATE 2020/2021/2022 exam.
M.Pharm	Candidates must have completed their B.Pharm degree with atleast 55% marks (50% for SC/ST) from a PCI/ AICTE approved Institute. Preference will be given to those candidates who have qualified the GPAT 2020/2021/2022 exam

BIT Mesra PG Admission 2022: Selection Process

Candidates applying for admission through GATE / JAM / CUET / GPAT exam will be selected on the basis of entrance scores and academic performances.
Candidates applying for admission without appearing for entrance exam will be selected on the basis of the written entrance test and academic performances.

BIT Mesra PG Admission 2022: How to Apply

Step 1: Visit the official website of Birla Institute of Technology Mesra, bitmesra.ac.in.
Step 2: Click on the “Apply online” tab and register yourself with details such as Name, Mobile number, Email Id.
Step 3: Now, login with the registration credentials and fill the application form with the required information.
Step 4: Pay the application fee, INR 1,500 for General/OBC and INR 1,000 for SC/ST candidates.
Step 5: Submit the application form & also take a printout for future needs.
