The All India Bar Examination (AIBE) result has been canceled for candidates who took the exam from Rajkot centers. These candidates can now appear in the AIBE 18 examinations without paying its application fee as their last fee will be considered.

AIBE 17 Result 2023 Cancelled for Four Rajkot Centres

New Delhi: According to the official notification, the results of the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) have been invalidated for candidates who wrote the exam at the Rajkot centers. These candidates are now eligible to participate in the AIBE 18 examinations without having to pay any fees, as their previous payment will be taken into account.

The cancellation of the AIBE 17 Exam 2023 results was reportedly due to a significant number of instances of unfair means.

Earlier, the AIBE XVII exam took place on February 5, and the AIBE XVII Results were announced on April 28, 2023. An official notification in this regard has been released by the AIBE, as per which the examination for candidates who took the All India Bar Examination-XVII at all four centers in Rajkot, Gujarat has been cancelled.

These candidates are now allowed to reappear in the next exam without any fees. However, it's important to note that this condition does not apply to candidates who were absent for the All India Bar Exam-XVII held on February 5, 2023, at the four Rajkot centers.

According to the official notification from the Bar Council of India, all applicants of the All India Bar Examination-XVII who took the exam at the four centers in Rajkot, Gujarat, will have their results cancelled, and they are welcome to retake the exam at a later date determined by the Bar Council of India.

The cancellation of the AIBE 17 Result 2023 for Rajkot city has affected four specific centers which were Tapasvi School (Centre Code-5401), Shri Labhubhai Trivedi Institute Of Engineering and Technology (Centre Code-5402), VVP Engineering College (Centre Code-5403), and Shri Atmiya Shishu Vidhya Mandir (Centre Code-5404).

The Bar Council of India (BCI) declared the results for the AIBE 17 exam on April 28, 2023. Candidates who took the exam had the opportunity to access their results on the official website, @allindiabarexamination.com, by entering their login credentials such as user ID and password.

The release of the bar exam results was based on the final answer key, which was made available on April 19. The All India Bar Examination, which was the 17th iteration, took place nationwide on February 5 from 10 am to 1 pm, conducted by the council for all LLB graduates.

Those who passed the exam will receive a Certificate of Practice (CoP) from the BCI, enabling them to practice law throughout the country. This year, a total of 1,73,586 aspiring lawyers registered for the exam, and approximately 1,71,402 of them appeared for it.
