Course Curriculum
- My course is very difficult, as it's mostly focused on research. And it's always theoretical apart from the final semester. You get to dive into practical stuff only in the final project, and that too only if you choose a group project apart from this.
- Every day, on average, I would have 2 classes, which are 2 hours each.
- I have around 150 students in my course. Among them, around 60 -70 are Indians.
Fees
- Fees in total sum up to 35000 euros (14000 euros in college fees, including the scholarship provided my university)
- It's flexible; we can pay in installments or in one go. Some pay semester-wise; some pay at the start of the semester. This course is one year.
- In my case it is around 1000 - 1350 euros a month, including rent transportation and regular expenses.
Likes
- Great career support provided via career counselors worked as an HR in companies like google, microsoft etc.
- Great assignments for up-skilling yourself and practical based learning
- Great industrial tie-ups and Great alumni network
Dislikes
- To be honest nothing as such to dislike about.
- You can apply online on your university website or you can use Facebook Marketplace, but beware, as scams happen on Facebook. There are multiple WhatsApp groups as well where people offer short-term or long-term accommodations. But according to my experience, in the initial days, always book student accommodation, as finding homes from India would be difficult or your housemates might not be according to your liking and you might end up shifting multiple times.
- Few websites for student accommodations are aparto, nido, hugo, point campus (these are the off-campus student accommodation slightly on higher side.)

Dislikes
- Administrative processes can be slow and bureaucratic
- High cost of living in Dublin, especially for accomodations
- Limited on-campus accommodation availability for postgraduates
- I used Amber Student to find my student accommodation, they helped me to know every detail of it. But there are more platforms like Cassata and University living. Not having anyone here to personally search and visit is a challenge I faced. I would recommend to ask someone who lives there to give proper visits and verify the property as there are scams taking place.

- With an ongoing crisis in Ireland, it is extremely difficult to find an accommodation that provides value for money. Though websites like daft.ie could be helpful sometimes, most people rely on Facebook/Whatsapp groups, which pose a risk of getting scammed.
- I would recommend finding a connection who would help you view properties to see if they are legitimate to avoid getting scammed. It is best to prefer student accommodations that provide end-to-end services or shared apartments.

- 1. Best in Ireland in terms of reputation, program and overall presence in market. 2. Project management because of experience and skillset.
- Located at a safer place in Dublin, excellent facilities for commutation. frequent bus services from within the campus and in house dinning options along with sports area, theatre and clubs.
Dislikes
- Nothing apart from the hostel rent as mentioned. paying 1000+ euro for a month becomes too much when you calculate you monthly expense in Ireland. That is only available for 10 months.
Course Curriculum
3 Semesters overall of 3-4 months each. Second semester is live project with companies and startups across Ireland. Third semester is about Charity project - working with real NGO raising real money.

It is the best in class, starting with the campus architecture which is suitable for students as it consists of all the amenities, the professors are passionate about their jobs and are proficient in the subjects that they teach Talking about the peer group, the student coming here are the best of the best filtered from multiple applicants.

Dislikes
- The one thing I don’t like about my college is the student support and the delay in responses that we get from the program coordinators. It’s understandable to expect delay but some of us have gotten delays in responses for weeks.
Course Curriculum
The course curriculum is quite interesting. As it is a research-oriented course, the course has been designed around how to do good research. There is no industrial exposure given to us yet, but our course coordinators have designed the curriculum based on the latest industry standards and how to go about with it.

My tuition fee was 21,520 euros. I had received a scholarship from my university of 7,500 euros, which brought my payable tuition fee to 14,020 euros.
Likes
- My PhD supervisor was well-known in my chosen area of research.
- Academically, it is a great place to pursue your studies. You would learn from the top scientists and academicians in your chosen area of study. Besides this, the support they give to students is immense, and especially as an international student, you'd never feel that you were staying away from home, as you would find several Indian students at the campus.
- Also, there are several students’ clubs where you can meet and greet people. More importantly, you will have a great time learning with several like-minded people across the globe.
Dislikes
- One of the major limitations that Indian students would face at the University is the lack of accommodation support. It is nearly impossible to get a place to stay close to the institute as the prices are either way expensive or it is very hard to get a place e.g., for every single room there will be around 30-50 people will be competing.
- I believe the university hostel accommodation have to be booked well-advanced (may be like a year or so) but again it is expensive.
Course Curriculum
Most engineering graduate programs are designed (and partially offered) by industry experts. Almost all the faculties have independent research labs where you will have the chance to get hands-on in real-time.

- UCD holds a special place in my heart. My enrolment at the prestigious university has given me innumerable and memorable experiences to cherish. It’s accepting of all cultures, had a supporting environment and a lovely lake with beautiful swans and ducks.
- They organise student international trips with discounted prices which is worth trying out. They also have multiple cultural forums that you can take part in. That also offer scholarships for students.
Dislikes
- I don’t particularly dislike anything about my university. If I have to choose with a hard thought, then it will be something like distance from the centre. It’s quite on the outskirts. Also, college fees is on the higher level so it can be reduced.
Course Curriculum
Overall the Biotechnology course structure was good. It was basic but we had application classes and good facilities. They also take you to NIBERT for industrial experience. You get a choice of internship or Project in 3rd semester. Has very good internship opportunities which can absorb you for full time employment.

The study pressure is a lot here. Here we have a lot of assignments, lot of projects, researches etc. It?s not the university to chill out. We have to study a lot here.
After searching for various colleges, I found this university to be beneficial for me and its one of the top university so I decided to take admission at this university
