Yes, B.Ed program is also offered in correspondence learning mode. To be eligible for admission you must at least have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. You can check the top colleges that offer the said course, admission process and other details from Distance B.Ed.
You cannot pursue two courses simultaneously. However, you can pursue a B.Ed degree before or after pursuing an M.Sc degree.
