First of all, there is the CET exam which is of 200 marks. The admission is given based on marks of 12th and CET. At our times there was only a common entrance test for Medical admission and Pharmacy admission but, nowadays the government separated Medical CET and Pharmacy CET. The application process is online we have to go to ARC (Admission Reporting Centers) The application starts in July of every year. Application fees are varying yearly. We have to fill out the forms from approved ARC centers. At ARC centers we got course brochures, in that brochure every information about the admission process is given. First of all list Government Pharmacy colleges in Maharashtra, then private colleges which are near to your hometown. I had filled 13 colleges in the cap around. I availed Reservation benefit, there was a concession fee according to government rules. Exam patterns are different. They vary according to university. I studied pharmacy at Shivaji University, Kolhapur. Semester exam pattern.
The admission process is conducted by the IPC cap round. The exam syllabus is according to IPC but conducted by college as per the given time interval.
The duration of the course is 2 years. The course curriculum is well structured and it is not only confined to books but it also focuses on exposing students to social realities. The course is approved by Shivaji University.
Course curriculum is of 2 years. It includes theoretical and practical exams regularly. The curriculum is approved by the AICTE. The course mostly focuses on encouraging students to do research and face the challenges in pharmaceutical industry.
There is no proper parking facilities in the college. The boys or gents parking is not available so have to park ther vehicles outside the college l. Also ther is no Hostel facility for Gents and so the my look for PGs or other way of accommodation.
