My course is bsc food technology. They have main paper as food technology. The rest of the subjects to be covered throughout are: Physics Chemistry Maths IT English (A01, A02, A03, A04) Hindi/Sanskrit/ Malayalam (mother tongue) Physics and chemistry will be there for 2/3 years (1st and 2nd year) and maths and IT for 1/3 (second year). Language and literature will be only there in the 1st year. Comparatively the course is easier than other bachelor degree courses and has high scope. The exam come in the order 1st internal and then 1st sem exam. The 1st sem exam comes around October/November. 2nd semester comes around February/March. And the summer vacation of 2 months will start. The faculty will provide everything that you need to score good marks in the sem exams. PDFs, power point presentation, question banks and etc.
The course is not much complicated. The curriculum prepares well for real-world knowledge. The teaching method is quite well. The core course is not much difficult when compared to complimentary courses such as chemistry, physics.
