Food Production influenced me to take this course and this college gas a really goof setup for that. The courses prepare the students well for real world experiences theoretically and to some extent practically.

I chose this course because it was the best available course in this college and. There are about 50+ students and each subject is taught by 3-4 different teachers every day. The faculties try their best so that the students get everything clearly.

I wanted to pursue a career in hospitality industry. Class average strength is about 50 and there are 3-4 different teachers teaching the same subject on differemt days. All faculty members are highly qualified and experienced. The term exams were focused more on practical then on theory.

I want to become a successful cabin crew so I opted for this course I also believe in practical knowledge over theoretical knowledge so to gain more practical knowledge I chose this course Faculty members are very good, helpful and cooperative. they teach every topic nicely and briefly and is very understandable. Exams are held after every 6 months and exams are not that tough to crack.
I choose the course because I was really interested in it. There are fifteen seats available in the course and the faculty ratio is 1:10. Excellent teaching methods and the faculties are extremely highly educated. Exams are timely and happen every time.
I have chosen this course because I have an interest in food and hospitality that's why I have chosen this course. Student: faculty ratio is 2:1. Mostly the teacher is highly qualified and have good experience in the industry. Mostly the exams were practical based but you have to be confident enough.
I wanted to become a Chef that's i have choosed this course . The faculty was nice and helpful for each and every student they are available all the time . Today also if i face any problems i can contact the faculty and they will surely help me. The student ratio was around 50-60 students and 2 class teachers. The teachers were experienced in there subjects as they were having practical and theory knowledge both. There methods was simple and helpful. There were 2 exams in each semester. And the passing level was moderate.
I choose this course because their was a much more opportunities in hotels in India as well as abroad. Faculty students ratio was like full around like 800 total students. The qualifications and teaching methods were to the upper level as having much experience teachers and chefs and also well experienced food and beverage teacher. Term examination was 2 times in a year and the examination was held under a strict basis .
I choose this course because of three main reasons & those are emaculate grooming, effective communication and skills and a pleasing personality. After graduating one can work in retail, the food industry, sales, airlines cruise etc. The faculties are amazing as the infrastructure of the college. Teachers were highly supportive and I always found a positive environment around them. I was on the Kolkata campus and there were renowned chef kak, and chef Shaun Kenworthy inspirational speakers.IIHM also provide a WSET course for those who want to be sommelier. The course is divided into 3 levels and the certification students will get from West London University. For 3 years course, there was a total of 6 semesters. Each year students have to give practical and theory exams. faculty members have high knowledge and they prepare students for the industry.
I choose this course because from my early childhood i was very fascinated about what makes a 5star hotel so expensive why every successful person wants to dine or stay at hotel so what's better then working for a 5 Star property and actually witnessing it. The faculty is very supportive to you they will help you in each and every step. They will make you professional in every department. Most of the faculty had over an experience of more then 10 to 15 years some faculties are more then that experienced.
