IIHM Kolkata Admission Process 2024

IIHM Kolkata admission process includes the following the following stages:

Admission Stage	Description
Registration	Interested candidates will have to register for the E-CHAT exam by filling up the application form and paying the application fee of INR 600.
E-CHAT Exam	The applicants will have to download the admit card and appear for E-CHAT exam
Personal Interview	The candidates will be shortlisted based on their performance in the E-CHAT exam and will be called for a personal interview round.
Result Declaration	The results of the selected candidates will be released and they will receive a selection letter. Candidates accepting the admission offer will be required to pay the payment and upload all the required documents.

How to Apply for IIHM Kolkata 2024?

Eligible students can apply to IIHM courses either online or offline. To register for the eCHAT (Common Hotel Admission Test) the candidates must follow the given steps-

The candidates can apply online by visiting the echat.elink.in and click on ‘Register Now’. They can fill out the application form and pay the application fee of INR 600.
They can also download the application form from the official website and fill out the form and submit it at IIHM Kolkata in person or by post. The application form should be sent along with a cash/ cheque/ demand draft of INR 600.
The candidates can also collect the form and prospectus from IIHM Kolkata by making a payment of INR 600 and submitting the duly filed form in person or by post.

IIHM Kolkata Scholarship

The Institute provides Scholarship to students who fulfil the below-given criteria.

15% tuition fee is relieved for students securing more than 80% in aggregate (10+2)
30% tuition fee is relieved for students securing more than 90% in aggregate (10+2 level)
Scholarships are provided to students excluding UWL registration fee

I like the events that happenes in iihm Delhi. It helps to make the student more social and interactive with others.
The facilities of IIHM Delhi there are very kind and helpful also very much friendly with their students.

Dislikes

The campus is small not like previous one. They sold out a building from campus.
Ac sometimes does not works and in the weather of Delhi it becomes impossible to attend classes without ac.

Admission:

I only applied to this college IIHM New Delhi was always my priority this is my dream college that I got in. The admission process of IIHM is that you need to give an online multiple choice question exam and you need to sit for an online personal interview with one of the faculties of IIHM. If you get selected you will receive a selection letter through your email saying that you got selected.

First of all I like the events of IIHM. This helps the students to get to know each other well and be more social.
The faculties are very much helpful and friendly they are always there to health day students in need.

Dislikes

Sometime the college asks for money like 50 rupees for Teachers day celebration. We are students right so giving a rs 50 just like that is not very much affordable
It's IIHM I am talking about when someone enters this college he or she will find it out themselves that there is much less to not like about this college

Admission:

As I was already sure about IIHM so I never applied in any other college. The admission process of IIHM in that you need to sit for an online multiple choice question exam and after that you will have to sit for an personal interview with a faculty of IIHM where they will ask some simple questions about yourself nothing critical and after all this you will receive an admission letter saying you got selected.

Opting UWL was really beneficial as it provides me with an international degree

The campus is like reallyyy small, dont expect too much of it

Admission:

I didn't really apply for any other clgs because i believed it was the best option out there. The eligibility was 10th and +2, exams accepted for the course are cbse, state board and icse. For ihms the exam is NHMCTJEE

I don't have anything regarding the improvements in the admission process as the college is doing its best. For admission Search for iihm website in google there you will get the admission form fill it up then after few days you will receive the date and time for the online echat exam and interview.

Facilities are top notch, good labs and equipment

Dislikes

2 different campuses, walking is often a hassle in rains
Parking is very minimal, have to park far away

Admission:

No minimum cut off, entrance test is done online. On their official website, idk about reservation benifits. Exams are simple and practical based.. Can be started after class 12th completion. Course starts in September

Admission:

The eligibility of the course is 10+2 level..65% in standard 12 is required. There is an entrance exam which is known as Echat exam. Its a PI based. Application form and all other details can be found in the official website of IIHM. The exam level is moderate for admissions. The admission process starts in December every year and ends in May, there 3 batches of admission in total.

I like the infrastructure of the college.
All the facilities are very nice and well behaved

Dislikes

I dislike about this college is that they don't give holidays.
The other students like some of the students don't behave good

Admission:

The eligibility for pursuing this course is that you have to complete your 12th class with good marks in arts. You will find the application form online. The admission process is a bit difficult because you have to sit for an exam and then if you pass the exam you have to sit for an interview. The interviewer may ask you some difficult questions but you don't have to panic. When i was sitting in the interview i was so nervous that i couldn't even look at their eyes but they made me so comfortable and friendly and i answered the question.

Admission:

You should be class 12th pass to be eligible to take the ECHAT exam for the admission in this college. You can find the echat exam in Google and can sign in for it but every form costs rs.600. It's a pretty easy admission process
