MY COLLEGE AND ITS OVERALL EXPERIENCES

The college is moreover a best one for the students of BPL and middle class families
The teachers of the college are quite good and lovingly a simple one their teachings are good enough for a student.

Dislikes

The political roles of the college made it the worse one as I believe most of the leaders of the college
Best of my knowledge our college is none other than the above mentioned points indicates other bad sites

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

Our college has two different methods for admission. Samarth portal and another is spot admission I applied in the samarth portal and I was selected for admission into the college. Initially a minimum of 650 Was charged for admission and membership fees for department 200 which was a total of 850. But later on due to the new circular passed by the government of Assam the admission fee i.e 650 was refunded. As it was a free admission scheme for those who submit the income certificate. Nowadays the college form fillups for annual examination are being issued in our college is urging you to pay the form fees. That is the sum of 1750. most of my friends have faced the same situation as me they also paid the same amount as usual. Rather than that a government college is as good for the students from BPL families.

I like the environment of our college and all the students are very good
Teachers and staff are very supportive and they always help us.

Dislikes

Some the professor don't take class at the time
Student union are sometimes trouble us in the campus

We have completed our degree in total of three years and our tution fees is around ten Thousand per year. I have not get any scholarship during my course. I have not get any job vacancy in my college during my studies.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

The fee is 17,000 and the cost of the study is 2000 per month and didn't get any Scholarship or any job but soon there will be a good opportunity to get a job and there vary scholarship opportunities at the university I have not applied but you can.

Yes, there are scholarship opportunities which the college offers to only the freshers. One of my acquaintance opted for the scholarship. However, there is nothing like a student loan. If you apply for a scholarship make sure to produce all the required docs to avoid problem.

Free studentship to Meritorious Students: Free studentship to Meritorious Students securing 90% and above marks in the last qualifying Examinations. Free studentship to National Level Child Scientist and 50% fee concession to State Level Child Scientist of National Children Science Congress (NCSC). Free admission to the toppers in the HS First Year Examination in Arts, Commerce and Science streams.

I had opted for an MLA scholarship. The scholarship was introduced on the notice board. I filled out the form, got it signed by the administrator, attached the necessary documents and submitted them to the authority.
