By the end of sem3 itself, the postgraduates are deployed into interviews for certain internships. But if you are with good academic scores and knowledge you can even get directly placed. Every individual is given 3 chances by the college to get and crack the interview but if the student is not able to then he is guided to where to apply but mostly ICRI makes sure everyone is placed as the college proudly stays with its 100% placement tag line. As I told here there are varied background people here with different needs of roles, the highest package I have seen getting is 15L pa to the lowest of 3L pa which even depends upon the company to your broad spectrum of knowledge. To specify which companies come here for recruitment are sun pharma, Cipla, and many more there are all 20+ companies that come and hire the intellectuals. To specify about me I am planning to get a CRC post as a start for CRA in the future.
Placements are pretty good. I don't know the exact number of placed students. But good students have been placed. Many HM firms come come in seek of students. And they do select many of them. We even have a mentor cell, which actually helps the students find job.
College authorities gives special attention on Placement job fares were held in college so that students not only from this college but from another colleges can also come apply for job menu companies like Fortis gurgaon,MSD,Wipro etc. Came and selected students highest package which was held was of 9.5 lakhs.
Our college this year placement package was 10 lakh with a company came in our campus our college have an online student information system in which the college provide all the information to there student .students are placed in many companies like Pacra, exel life science, fortis gurgaon and many more etc.
The placements at ICRI are really good. Companies like DHLI,PACRA,Max neeman International and many more come for placement and give jobs to students. The average package is upto 16 lacs per anum. 80% students out of those who apply get recruited for jobs.
Without any hesitation and doubt I am saying that our college placed almost 80% of the college. Many big companies visit our college during the placement session and select many students. Yes quality and high packages are less but average package is 3 LPA which is smart enough in the starting.
Since Batch size is small i.e only 50 - 65 candidates are there in each branch, The Placement Rate is very High.Besides this, The Institution encourages the Students for START-UP by Providing Funds if the Proposed Reports seems feasible. In 2016, 49 out of 63 were placed in various companies
Actually, the placements are very good in our college. Our college has been undergoing a committee visit every year. 100% placements have been recorded in our college for the past many years. Being a civil engineer, there will be up to 75% of our seniors placed in a core company
The placements were good last year. The highest package was around 10,00,000 and the average package was around 5,00,000 to 6,00,000. Big companies visited the campus for placements and companies visited for the internship. Roles of sales were offered. According to the trend, the placements is far more than the other specialisations as most of the companies visit the campus.
The placements are really good as compared to other colleges. But the problem with the placement in this college is the average amount will be around 3.5 Lakhs per annum. From the current year on wards, the college has formed a placement committee to look after the placements in the college. This has made the placements easier and the students can clarify their doubts related to placements from this committee.
