Our college has placement cell which bridges the gap between the students and the industry. The college provides 100 percent job opportunities to the meritorious students. The highest package offered to the students is around 10 lakh per annum. The average package is around 5.5 lakh per annum. The top recruiters are reliance, icici, hdfc bank, kotak mahindra, accenture etc.

Placements are pretty good. Most of the students get placed during campus placements. The placements here I must say, are offered by the best companies, they are mass recruiters. Last year 97 percent eligible students of this campus got placed in various companies.

Placement Experience:

Placements given to all the students every year. 70-90% placements happen every year on an average. Most of the companies came to our campus. The companies include TCS , Infosys, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, etc. Also core companies like Berger Paints, Wabag, Haldia Petrochemicals, Philips Carbon Black comes for campus recruitment.

IIRM offers a 2 years PGDM Program. This is aimed at facilitating students with knowledge in the domain of Financial Services, Insurance, Risk Management, Actuarial Science, Analytics, Pension Fund Management, etc.

In terms of placements and faculty, the institute is highly reputed. The courses offered here are Nationally and Internationally accredited from professional bodies like AICTE, CII(London), Insurance Regulatory Development Authority of India(IRDAI).
