Students at the college become eligible for campus placements starting from their 5th semester, with more than 85% securing jobs after completing their studies. The college provides placement training and has partnerships with multiple companies, offering both job placements and internships. Students gain practical experience through visits to hospitals, public health centers, food processing factories, and preschools. Although the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 posed challenges, particularly affecting internship participation, the college offers various scholarships.

These include community-based scholarships, Founders Day scholarships, and scholarships for specific categories like caste, first-generation graduates, and top-performing students. Additionally, there are scholarships for Teachers' Day and student-athletes, with significant support for NCC participants. During the pandemic lockdown, the college reduced fees following Tamil Nadu government directives. Students can also take on campus jobs in the library to help financially.
