- Actually, I am very good at Indian culinary and I would like to enhance my knowledge and skills by doing this course and surely it helps me a lot.
- I had done my industrial training at Taj Mahal Lucknow and I have a very wonderful experience.
Dislikes
- There is no sports facility there, no wifi in the campus except for the hostel students, the library had the capacity of accumulating 70 students at a time and each lab was fully equiped although the equipments were outdated.

- I like the faculty of the college too much they are always there for the students and support the students every time when it needed.
- I also like the hostel facility offered by the college, it is just few steps away from the college itself and perfect to attend college timing
Dislikes
- The washroom service provided at college campus is not so much good and it is disrty most of the time. Also there are 4 floors in the building and only one or two washroom are cleaned but not proper cleaned.
- The timing of the college is not so much good and it is started from 9 am to 5 pm , but personally i didn't like the college timing.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Basically I choose this course because I want to perceive my Career in hospitality industry and after giving NCHMCT JEE exam I got my admission in ihm Lucknow In first round of counselling. Talking about teaching methods offered by the college, students get practical knowledge as well as theoretical knowledge. Talking about the timings off the exam first exam is happens in the middle of semester that we called mid exam and then at the last of the semester there is end term exam. The duration of one semester is about four months And there are total six semesters in the course.
Likes
- Great exposure to the industry because of the guest lectures and alumni meets.
- Great connections with the industry's leading companies and hotels like Oberoi, Hyatt, Taj, Radisson etc.
Dislikes
- Syllabus needs to be renewed as it is not set up with the current standards of the industries.
- Small campus, no space for any physical activities like sports.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course curriculum at my time was a bit outdated. The version of POS which was used to teach was not used in any of the hotels at that point. There were many updates and we had to learn how to use the actual POS in the hotels while working itself. Although the course is quite effective when it comes to culinary and food & beverage recent trends are not followed.
