Course Curriculum Overview:
My WBJEE rank was 3700.By councilling i got ECE branch in JGEC.Firstly, i think it is not good branch but when i understand the opertuinity then i realised this is a branch where you get job in IT company as well as PSU job through GATE exam. The faculty mambers in our college very good. They allways tries to helped students specillay whose don t have good understanding power. All teacher teaching in Black board, sometime digital projecter when needed. All faculty passed out from different reputeted University.Some professors have Phd degree or higher degree. Odd semester exams held on january or february and even semester helds on august or september. Since JGEC is a autonomus college so question paper level is moderate,you can clear exam by studing before 21 days to exam.

- The construction of hostels should be better
- The lack of faculties, and lack of communication skills are the factors behind the diminishing of our college.
Course Curriculum Overview:
In terms of Electronics and communication engineering, Jgec is very prosperous and excellent to be mentioned. Since it is a autonomous college, the faculty members are very helpful to students. There are two internal for one subject in one semester which is easy to pass.

- Placements are good here and we don't have to care a lot about getting placed.
- Infrastructure is big, still it's a bit old fashioned. Thought renovation has now started in our campus

- Most of the faculty is a bit toxic and once you get a supplee, you won't pass that easily.
- Hostel doesn't provide breakfast and everything tiffin, yet we have canteen
Course Curriculum Overview:
I was passionate about electronics stuffs and networking so i preferred ECE, and even while being the opening rank of this department and getting CSE, i didn't like the coding thing. We get internals twice in a semester and as a first year guy we only have 3 subjects. But since it's autonomous, questions are made very tough and hard to pass.

I am passionate for engineering from my childhood and specially for electronics, pcb designing. Our college faculty mambers are well qualified and passed form prestigious institutions. In our college student and faculty mambers ratio is 20:1.

- Condition of buildings are not very good but the reconstruction work is going on currently.
- The Hostel food is not very healthy nor is the canteen food served here
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course curriculum is nice here. I as a first-year student here get ample amount of free time to pursue all the side hustles like coding and all. The classes are very well organised and being an autonomous college all the topics asked in the semester exams are those already taught in their classes so there is less pressure during semester exams (given you are attending the classes well). The faculty here are very experienced. Of course, some students can connect with some teachers' teaching way more than others but all teachers are always available for any kind of academic help.

Here faculty are awesome.you will get iits level faculty here.here faculty students ratio is around 40:1.here the term exam is conducted around every 6 months . I chosed this course because I had a keen interest on vlsi and electronics.

Moreover, they are very supportive in all fields if any student wants guidance for further studies they always show them the path of how to achieve the goal. Our college conducts two internals in each semester which is quite easy to score and the questions set in the semester exams are also of moderate level. A student can score well if he or she regularly attends classes.

I chose this course because I have an interest in Electronics courses and I want to explore myself in the core department. The faculty-student ratio is about 2. The faculty members are highly educated and experienced. The exams are taken from time to time and questions are mostly moderated type.
