Course Curriculum Overview:
B.com is good for me because I am interested in commerce, B.Com covers everything in the commerce field like accounts, management, administration, law, marketing, etc. we have exams 2 times a year at the end of each semester which are around 6 months, the time for preparation is fine for me.

- Faculty is very nice , teachers are very understanding and cooperative
- Students are also very interactive, the college environment sets a very positive vibe
Dislikes
- Infrastructure is not that good specially class ka structure
- Auditorium is not there as it under-construction from many years but not yet completed
Course Curriculum Overview:
Actually my course is B.com hons and being a commerce faculty student I must say that choosing ARSD as my college is the best decision I could ever have , the curriculum of the college is very amazing Along with that the teaching methods of the teacher of our faculty is very nice . The teachers are very cooperative specially during our examinations , they are very helpful and regular in our contacts .which is very gentle .

- Location : Situated in South Delhi, ARSD enjoys a strategic location that is well-connected and offers access to various amenities and opportunities in the city.
- Infrastructure and Facilities : ARSD has a basketball court, a badminton court and a large playground. It also has a Nescafe and a Mother Dairy stall. The classrooms are quite spacious and the benches are comfortable to read and write on.
Dislikes
- No hostels : ARSD does not have a hostel of its own which holds it back from being a top 10 college iny opinion.
- Canteen : ARSD Canteen is not the best in terms of the quality of food. There have been a few instances when people have found insects in their food.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Although, people say that B.Com doesn't have a great scope to it, I feel like there are many life lessons that we are taught during our college years. Since the introduction of NEP 2020, there has been a rather great emphasis on practical learning. In our college, we are asked for presentations and group projects to promote learning and communication. The presence of SEC and VAC also helps you develop your soft skills, groom your personality and live a happy and healthy life. Exams are help at the end of every semester. There are a few guides and PYQs with the help of which a student can prepare for these exams. They are relatively easy in my opinion and do not require extreme efforts. Overall, it's a great experience and a great opportunity to learn so many things.

- 1. The campus of the college is very well built and its very big as well. The ground and the badminton court along the the basketball court are amazing.
- 2. The canteen and the nescafe along with mother dairy stalls are amazing and serve good quality food at reasonable rate.
Dislikes
- The auditorium is not there and the seminar halls are also very small to a large audience for any event.
- The labs have old computers which work very slow and the new technology is missing
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course is good enough. But the point of B.com is bad since why are we not taught the same thing as hons students cz there is no deficiency in faculty its just that they dont want the students to study better things. If i want to study economics i cant as my ge. I have to unnecessarily study evs which has no relation whatsoever with my course and curriculum. Also the minor subjects of sec and vac are irrelevant and im not gaining much.

I opt for bcom Hons . The curriculum prepare you for the real world application or futher academic pursuits. Timing of exam is 3 hours. and each subject of 90 marks and difficulty level is moderate . There are two semesters in a year

- As a student of Delhi University i liked the campus crowd and overall administrative system of my College
- As a individual i also like the way my seniors are helpful towards handling our problems and providing proper guidance at each step
Dislikes
- As a student of Delhi University I don't liked the political system .
- As a individual i would say that the sports administration is not concerned about the students and there is no sports teacher and pt teacher in the college except the volleyball coach.

The course curriculum is very easy and simple and the faculty of the college is also decent and helpful by behaviour they are always ready to help and solve your doubts whenever you need faculty is well educated and punctual.

- The faculty at ARSD are highly knowledgeable And supportive always willing to go extra mile ,To ensure students understand the complex concepts . Our college have two seminar halls and it also have facility of science lab , computer lab etcm
Dislikes
- Our college doesn't provide much placement opportunities, however they try to do provide us some internships like summer internships etc.
- A very low percentage of students were placed in the entire course. The college does not have a hostels which is major issues for students who belongs from different states. However, it provides us free wifi facility.
Course Curriculum Overview:
My priority was Bcom programme because Delhi University offers great Bcom curriculum as compared to other universities. The curriculum of course is strictly followed in my college. Teaching methods of professors is great they don't just prepare is for our exams they are also preparing us for real world . I choose this course because it offers wide variety of options for our future. The curriculum really helps me by getting exposure to the practical world outside as it engages students in many extra co curricular activities as well. The areas which needs improvement are that it should be more inclined towards the practical form of learning .The exams happens twice a year , semester wise . The difficulty level of exams is moderate to difficult.

- Academics is great in my college. My college have best faculty of professor with great experience and knowledge
- Second thing I like about my college is infrastructure it has great infrastructure compared to other colleges in Delhi University

- Admin department is very rude towards student in dealing with problems
- Canteen is not that great I would say. Food quality is just average not that great

The curriculum seems perfect to me it covers every topic related to our coarse. Subjects are also 100% apt . The practical taken in the college are perfect to prepare us for the real world and mostly the seminars happening every weeks help us know about the outside world. Honours course from top colleges of Delhi University influenced my decision to get graduated from there. Curriculum prepares students very well for real-world applications or further academic pursuits. Course is too good, there is need for improvement in teacher -student ratio. 2 semester exams are held in every academic year. Mid term exams are also held inbetween semester exams.

But if infrastructure is considered Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College (DDUC) is far better than other colleges under DU. As it is a newly established institution, the facilities provided are upgraded with the latest technology.
They also are known to have a very highly experienced faculty, some of them even having 20-30 years of teaching experience. DDUC is popular for its Science and Commerce streams.
Therefore if you wish to choose among DDUC and ARSD College for an Honours degree in Computer Science, it is suggested that you go for the former rather than the latter.
