Students have received the highest package of INR 13.58 LPA & the median package of INR 4.50 LPA till now. The highest number of offers have come from the Marketing domain (35%). Placement Experience:
The highest ever placement was around 37 lpa by Asian paints. A student can expect an average of 2 lpa after placement. Companies start showing up from the 3rd semesters and conduct personal interview or group interview round (gdpi rounds) The institute is reputed for the best placements among all institutes as it offers a 100% placements. Reputed companies are invited by the institute every year such as HDFC Bank, Bandhan Bank, Deloitte and many more. I am planning to sit for in campus placements at first.

As discussed earlier placement cell is very supportive to the students. Placements are very good in this college. The average package is 4.5 lakhs to 5.00 lakhs, but companies like Federal bank, Axis bank offer 10 13 lakhs oer annum.

Placement drive in our college is very much better than any other college in odisha even top colleges aren't able to get 20 companies for placements. Our college is getting around 30 to 40 companies for placement drive , some of the compaines like hdfc, Aditya Birla , asian paints , berger paints etc . Highest package is provided by federal bank and average package we get is 5lakhs. 100% students get placed in the drive . Later on I would be pursuing my ca inter exams

The placements are wonderful in our college. They provide best companies/ campus to our college students which engage us to participate in the interview round and create competition. From 3rd semester onwards the students are eligible for the campus drive.

BIITM provides 100% placements I am in the 2021-2023 batch and already 90% of students are placed or more than that. BIITM placement cell is very efficient and helpful. BIITM also provides mock interviews and GD classes for students.

A sum of 3 fests are coordinated consistently. 1. Graduate Meet in the period of January 2. B-Fest in the period of February 3. Yearly Capability in the period of Spring. The library is loaded with books, no protest about that. In expansion to that, it likewise incorporates the office of e-diary whose entrance is given to everybody. The classes are very much outfitted with ACs, and projectors, and the homerooms are enormous and extensive also. The school centers around extracurricular and sports exercises similarly. the school coordinates badminton and cricket competitions both between school and between school. My plan after getting the degree is to get a good placement from the college.
