I always wanted to be a Mechanical Engineer, and Annasaheb Dange College of Engineering and Technology was the best college for me to pursue my B.Tech Degree. Faculty to student ratio was 1: 10. The faculties were highly qualified, and most of them are PhD holders.
The term will get in 5th month from your college start and between the paper left, you can give external oral on the practical based subject. Criteria for the term exam is you can get 40 marks on each paper and you can pass all mid-sem exams and ISE exams in between the teaching.
My annual fees for this course is 1lakh rupees but in which scolarship is cut nearly 40000 rupees and remaining 60000 I have to pay College accept online as well as cash mode in payment. In online payment there are many options like neft, internetbanking etc.
Fee structure is expensive as compared to getring returns. Although various schemes are to help students fananvially, they are not much effective. And costs like Placement fee (INR 8000 per year), stationary cost (INR 3000 per year) are the cost excessive to fee structure which must filled as fees. No discounts or inter college scholarships at all. For general category students, fees are around INR 100, 000. For OBC and other caste category students, has to pay complete fee at first, then half of that get returned after long time in installments. SC/ST category students had to pay fee around INR 12000 and government scholarship for them is around INR 30000 Each year. Such students, didn't attend college regularly or much of them are not interested in studying at all but only because of caste system, they are allowed to appear for Engineering.
Fee stucture is based on the cast of the student for some student it is adorable but some are not satisfying the fee structure but government gives us the relivence like ebc and all for open caste students and other student get the scholarship from goverment
Almost 2 lakhs is fee for general category , and for SC,ST,NT fee is almost 1 lakhs with some allowances as well as scholarship schemes , some fines like late fee makes a big problem sometimes.they take extra amount in fee without any mercy.
College professors would always insisted for paper presentation from current research topics
