CSI College of Engineering B.E. Admission 2024

CSI College of Engineering offers the B.E. course at the undergraduate level. The B.E. course is offered under 6 specializations and will be taught over a span of four years.

Applications to the B.E. course are accepted from candidates who have completed 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. Candidates with Diploma in Engineering/Technology are eligible to apply for admission into the second year of the B.E. course through lateral entry.

First-year B.E. course seats will be allotted through the TNEA counselling process, conducted by Anna University. The B.E. seats will be allotted on the basis of performance in the 10+2 board examination. Whereas, for B.E. Lateral Entry, candidates are allotted seats on the basis of direct admission through Anna University counselling.

CSI College of Engineering M.E. Admission 2024

CSI College of Engineering offers the M.E. course at the postgraduate level under 4 specializations. The M.E. course will be taught over a period of two years.

Candidates with B.E. / B.Tech degree in the relevant specializations and have scored minimum 50% marks in aggregate are eligible to apply for the M.E. course.

Applicants are required to appear for GATE / TANCET entrance examinations. M.E. course seats will be allotted on the basis of performance in the entrance examinations, through the TANCA counselling process.

Application forms for the TNEA counselling can be filled out in the online mode only.

Application forms will be available on the official website of the university.
Fill the form online and pay the application fees in the online mode through net banking, debit/credit card.
The application fee for general category candidates is INR 500 and for SC, ST and SCA candidates is INR 250.
A print out of the filled up application form needs to be taken and should be sent or submitted to the following address, along with the necessary documents attached:

TANCA Application Process

The TANCA application form can be filled only in the online mode.

The TANCA application form is available at the official website of the university.

Fill the form online and pay the application fees in the online mode through net banking, debit/credit card.
The application fee for general category candidates is INR 500 and for SC, ST and SCA candidates is INR 250.

Note: TANCET and GATE holders are required to apply separately.

I like the atmosphere of the college. It is maintained very clean and neat
They will provide extra course with proper course certificate.

Dislikes

They will give stress when it comes to paying fees. They will exactly when exams are going on and they will not allow us to write semester exams

Admission:

To get eligible for the course you have to score 75% in 11th and 12th. You can find admission office in the first block of our college. For every four to five months you will have semester exams. For improvement of admissions you have to go inside the state and outside the state.

They never take actions when we raise a complaint
The faculty members are not much experienced

Admission:

There is no entrance exam for admission. Admissions are totally based on 12th mark. Reservation is required for those students who are willing to study in government quota. If they are willing to study in management quota,then seats are available always

Quality of Faculty and Teaching: One of the standout features of CSICE is the caliber of the faculty members. The professors are highly knowledgeable, experienced, and passionate about their subjects. They not only deliver the curriculum effectively
This conducive environment creates a comfortable and inspiring setting for learning, research, and personal development.

Dislikes

One of the drawbacks of CSICE was the relatively limited industry exposure provided during the course.
Although CSICE offered a range of placement opportunities, students pursuing niche specializations

Admission:

I applied through TNEA (TAMILNADU ENGINEERING ADMISSION BOARD) . I applied in third round of councelling with a cut off of 167.8. My choice list of courses were B.E Computer science and engineering and B.Tech Information Technology as my second option. With a cut off of 167.8 I got B.E Computer science and engineering. The minimum cut off for B.E Computer science in CSI COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING is expected to be around 155. I paid a registeration fee of 500 and admission fee of 5000 during councelling. The admission fee of 5000 was included in my fee.

Campus is very good and attractive.It is situated in the Ketti Valley surrounded by nature's beauty
I like the effort the staffs put to clear our subjects.

Dislikes

Placement should be improved .More trainings can be given regarding placements.
Practical teaching can be improved there is lack of practical knowledge in most of the students

Admission:

Eligibility of the course is we should have passed class 12 in a branch of mathematics/computer science. The application form will be available on the college website itself.SC/ST students can avail of a complete scholarship and first-graduation students also get scholarships up to 25,000.

I took the admission process through counselling. Eligibility of the course is we should have completed higher secondary with science, maths or computer background. If we need to join this college we can contact the admission cell in the college

Admission:

I got a reservation seat through Anna University based on mark, we can find our course based on the availability. No entrance exam. The admission process was not difficult for me. Cut-off in very important. The first come first serve.
