Eligibility for mechanical engineering is very easy compared to other branches and cut-off other branches like A&ML CSE,ECE L,EEE is need good cut off because college become autonomous hence the good cut off is needed. I am an student pursuing my degree in bachelor's of engineering in electronics and Communication Engineering it is actually an very goood college it have an good infrastructure academic policy and yes there are 2 entrance examination which are allowed in ballari institute of technology and management College the examinations are kcet and comed-k here to get admission in this college the cutoff is different for each courses for ECE if the rank is below 1lakh then you will get an government seat .and even in comed-k u need to get rank within 50000 then you are eligible for government seats and the fee will be reduced to half and this 2 exams are held by government and should apply at there site it self and each college will have there own cutoff and our college is also having as written above it excellent in academics and even placements are goood in this college

The eligibility is common which is 55% in pcm for btech. The college has a good campus and infrastructure. The library, gym, playgrounds, hall, and labs are well equipped. The placement is really good. Around 500+ offers came to this college this year. The highest package is around 14 lpa and avg 3-4lpa. if your choosing this college for cse, ise and ece then it is the best college.

- The main thing i liked in the college is that even a middle class student can pursue his engineering degree with low expenditure compare other colleges in bigger cities
- The campus is the most attractive place in the clg where u can never get bored chilling in the free time
Dislikes
- Nothing like dislike but the clg is out of the city and if u want to just hangout there is nothing around the clg to chill
- The hostel food is a little boring and nothing around the college to eat in case of full meals

I claimed the seat through CET so I got a seat for just around a lakh else it would cost me around 3-4 lakhs. There was no problem in the process of admission. It was very smooth. I actually like the college which Is far from the city which creates a peaceful environment and it is good from the perspective of placements also.
