Diploma [Practical Nursing] From Fanshawe College

• Applicants must have a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale in their previous post-secondary studies
• Applicants must have an OSSD or equivalent with a minimum of six Grade 12 U or M level courses, including English (ENG4U) with a minimum grade of 65% and one of the following sciences: biology, chemistry, or physics
• Applicants must have completed Grade 11 or 12 biology and chemistry with a minimum grade of 65%. These courses should include laboratory components

• Applicants must provide official transcripts for all secondary and post-secondary education completed to date. These transcripts should be sent directly from the issuing institution to Fanshawe College
• Applicants whose first language is not English must provide official test results from TOEFL, IELTS, CAEL, or PTE
• Applicants are required to submit a personal statement outlining their interest in the program and relevant skills and experiences
• Applicants should provide a detailed resume outlining their education, work experience, volunteer experience, and any other relevant activities
• Applicants are required to provide two professional or academic references who can speak to their character and potential as a nursing student

Applicants may be required to attend an interview as part of the admission process
