The courses address the following competencies: professionalism, communication and relationship management, business skills and principles, and knowledge of the health care environment. Leadership is a thread throughout all courses in the program. Upon completion of the program and based on previous work experience eligibility criteria, graduates are able to seek certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) in Nursing Executive practice, Advanced Nursing Executive practice; and from the American Organization of Nurse Executives (AONE) in Executive Nursing Practice, or Nurse Manager and Leader.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Application Requirements:
- Applicants must have completed a bachelors degree in nursing from an accredited university
- Submit official transcripts of all previous educational institution attended
- Official transcripts must be evaluated course by course by an accredited agency
- Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent on a scale of 4.0
- Submit three letters of recommendation
- Submit a personal statement in 500 words describing your background, personal goals, understanding of nursing role and importance of graduate study
- Submit a resume with a summary of your skills and qualifications related to the program
- Applicant should have completed a statistics course
- One year of clinical experience is required
- Applicant should have an encumbered nurisng license
- Submit English Language Proficiency test scores
English Language Requirements:
- TOEFL: minimum 83 in iBT; 213 in CBT; 580 in PBT
- IELTS: minimum 7.0
