Along the way, you'll forge connections between theory and practice, interweaving coursework with thoughtfully designed field experiences. Both classroom work and hands-on student teaching incorporate a strong sense of social justice and a determination to step outside our own cultures and comfort levels.
Once students complete the program, they're in high demand for teaching jobs?nearly 100% have employment at graduation. They also graduate recommended to the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing for the preliminary single-subject credential.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Application Requirements:
- Applicants must have completed bachelors degree from an accredited university
- Submit official transcripts of all previous education completed
- Official transcripts must be evaluated course by course by an accredited agency like WES, ECE, IERF, SpanTran etc
- Applicants should have a minimum GPA of 2.75 or equivalent
- Submit your resume with two years of teaching experience
- Submit two professional letters of recommendation from professors and employers
- Submit two essays in 500 words
- Submitting GRE score is optional
- Submit English Language Proficiency test scores
English Language Requirements:
- TOEFL: minimum 90 in iBT
- IELTS: minimum 7.5
