- The best SUNY school and also widely regarded Public university in New York and also the United States. This university has everything, It's like you name it and it has everything.,
- UB has a very huge campus and student base, there are people from almost every country and race, where you get to interact with people from different cultures and learn new things about the world.,
- UB's recognition in research is known all over the world. It is ranked as R1 university in research and also has one of the best rankings for research in the USA and World.
- Dislikes:
- There's nothing you won't like about UB. You will like everything here.,
- There are too many students around where sometimes, you might get lost among them.
Overview:
I opted this university because, - Best education and professors for its fees - World class amenities and research recognition - Always helping International Student Services - Easy admission process (at least compared to other universities)
Fees:
The program at UB is very much affordable as it would cost only around $30k for entire masters where other universities of UB stature cost you around $45k - $55k for the entire course. The per credit cost at UB is affordable which will not cost you a lot. Also, if you take a course beyond 4 per semester like 5 courses per semester, then the 5th course is free. You don't have to pay any. It's like you pay a 4 courses fee and study 5 courses.
Overview:
I chose this college because it has good Ranking and Fees of $40K overall tuition + Insurance, which was affordable . Overall a good experience, good academics and faculty, but we cannot depend on the college for any placement's, so one has to be ready and apply jobs and network a lot in college as well as with seniors.
Fees:
Tuition Fee: Generally it would be $40K for the tuition + Insurance
Overview:
I enrolled in this college as I preferred a medium sized city to keep costs of living and attendance low, but also to study at a reputed research university. Buffalo also has great connections to aerospace, which is my chosen career field. I have been at this school through two degrees and have to say that I am quite happy with my experience here. I do believe that graduate studies are quite independent, so spoon feeding should not be expected, but this encourages a lot of independent thinking and decision making.
Fees:
A master’s student within the program will spend approx $50,000 over the two year program, not including room and board, which will be about $10,000 annually off campus.
- Likes:

- I loved the classes offered in the biotech course, also the class strength was around 13 people. It was cheaper than most universities and has nice facilities
Overview:
I had a great experience. I made a lot of friends. If someone makes an effort to be involved and meet new people it’s really easy to do so. The campus is great, lot of restaurants on campus. Buffalo as a city doesn’t have much to do though.
Fees:
$80,000 for 4 years.
Overview:
University at Buffalo is affiliated to Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center for studying PhD in cancer sciences. Roswell is among the top comprehensive Cancer institutes in USA.

Overview:
University at Buffalo is one of the major colleges around where I was born and raised. I grew up going to basketball and football games. It was only natural that when the time to look for colleges came about, The University at Buffalo was on my list to check out. Once I researched it further, I found that UB had an amazing business program and it had tuition I could afford all while staying local. Not to mention UB social life and 600+ clubs, I felt as though it was the perfect fit for me.
Fees:
Tuition is approximately $6,600 a year without fees or room and board. I did not receive any loans. I was awarded pride of New York merit-based scholarship for $2,500 a year. There are many loan and aid options for students attending UB. There is also a lot of aid that is both merits and needs-based.
Overview:
Ranking and low tuition. Also, the location seemed better. I have an interest in AI, and this college has a very good course work for it. The UB alums group is huge and holds a lot of value if you are a UB Graduate.
Fees:
There are a lot of fees and charges. Some go to the graduate assistant, some for the UB bus, some for the health insurance, some for campus maintenance. The overall cost sums up to be 14K.
