Batchmates bonding is the best what I learn from the hostel
Some teachers are very good person.Thay helps us in every situation.

Dislikes

Hostel food is very poor in quality and hostel infrastructure also bad.

The Library(Central library) is so good,the infrastructure is also good.
The campus of UBKV is so formal It is arranged in a great way so that one can easily find anything in the campus

Dislikes

The Hostel food is so bad even we have to off the meal on weak days also
The canteen is not well developed, Sufficient number of food items are not present there.

I am studying B.sc horticulture in this course Plenty of things are taught to students for example Crop production technology,Crop improvement, Different types of Horticultureal produce things attract to me to this course.

I like the greenary and environment this campus has .
Social activities and sport in whole year. Certain programs and competition as they guve appreciation certificates to all.

Dislikes

I personally don't like the examination section as they procees the results very late.
The attendance part here is very strict.back examination are conducted late.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is all based on GATE syllabus as you can go for higher studies giving competitive exams. It's very helpful to students . The GATE result of this uni is top ranked . Teaching method I think should be improved a little. The exams are all based on your personal understanding pyqs notes nothing outside. Moderate level

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course is taken by a student for the aim of higher studies as for this course competition is lower than other branches. If anyone want to go for government job then he or she have to choose civil engineering. If want to go for public sector jobs in mainly here she have to choose computer science,IT, another the branches. But if anyone want to serve our country by acquiring knowledge about agriculture and agriculture equipments then your have to choose this course.

My point of view towards my university

I really liked the university infrastructure and avaliability of library ,book store,canteen and hostel.
The university does not only give importance to study but also give importance to other co curricular activities which benefits the students very much.

Dislikes

The winter season is very much cold here .it becomes very much difficult to attend the early morning class.
Big market is not avaible outside the university.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really like to study about fruits ,plants,medicinal plants ,vegetables and their nature and behavior.There is no other better course then horticulture to study all these .So i chose this course and i am trying my level best to do something better for the future. The faculty and the student ratio is quite good,for every 10 students there is always one teacher available. The academics are good and the teachers are well qualified having ample knowledges.The teachers are very friendly and experienced which help the students in their studies and exam.The teacher also give powerpoints slide in various topics for the better knowledge of students . The term exams happens in time and the question papers are difficult to solve.If students do not attend classes or listen to the teachers carefully ,it is very difficult to solve the question papers.But if the students are attentive in class ,they will not find difficulty in solving the question papers.

The beautiful scenerio of nature attacks me most .The trees fields different types of fruits and flowers everything is fantastic.
The behaviour of the teachers are so friendly. They help us in every possible way.Their lesson are very impactful in life.

Dislikes

I like schedule classes, though I am a dayscholar so very late classes like classes after 5 pm I don't like.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because 60%of indian population is directly involved with agriculture.I want to help them involving technology with their hardworking because nowadays technology improvement and intelligence is very much essential in all field.Agriculture implements and machine can help them a lot. Our faculty has 2-3 teachers per subject and students are around 26-30 number in every year. Our faculty members and respected teachers are very helpful and well qualified. Two semesters are taken in one year and question are set by other teachers of other universities, so exams are quite difficult.But one can pass it because our syllabus is fully covered by our teachers in scheduled time .We also do extra classes. Our faculty teachers teaches us very efficiently.

I like cultural program in this University.
University environment is very good I like it.

Dislikes

There is no placement since last 5 years
There is not enough hostels for girl candidates

Course Curriculum Overview:

Through this course I can learn various concepts of how a tractor is built and how it works. As I have a dream to work in a tractor company, this course helps me a lot. There are 15 faculty members, and total number of students is 107. Therefore having a faculty: student ratio of 7:1 approx. Professors try their level best to make us understand the concepts. We also learn through practical assignments and field works. After 2 months of the semester beginning we have the midterm examination following which we have practical examination; and after a month we have the end term examination. If a student reads all the concepts taught by the professor and reads all the notes provided he or she gets a decent score.

Environment for studies is very good, professors are very helpful.
Through cultural activities, I get chance to show my talent to everyone.

Dislikes

The placement rate is quite low from the university placement cell.
Laboratories need to be upgraded by installing new machineries/ tools/ implements etc.

Placement Experience:

From fourth year i.e, 6th semester, students are eligible for campus placements. Mostly NGOs and fertilizer companies visited. Due to covid there is no placements for many years. Mostly students opt for securing jobs by giving exams by TCS, banking ( SBIPo, IBPS) etc. I want to go for higher students through GATE Agricultural examinations.

Campus is full of greenery and very much smoothing environment
Seniors are very much friendly and supportive

Dislikes

Quality of food is average
Hostel facilities like quality of bathroom is not that much good

Placement Experience:

Students from 6th semester are eligible for campus placements. There is a very few company visits here like Pradhan and a number of students get placements from here. Highest package around 10 lkh per annum and average package 4 lakhs per annum. About 60%students get placements from here. I have applied for higher studies.
