There's almost every thing perfect.. But one thing I would like them to change is that there are some important subjects which are being put as an optional subject but they should be mandatory one... Such as specialty food, Beverages in food technology must be one of major subject but they are given as choices... This must be changed

The course done by guru Jambheshwar University is good for future. There is a lack of knowledge in people mind about food technology. Gju has started btech in food in the year 2008 and now b voc in food processing. Some faculty members are good in behavior and some are not
I choose this course because this course was somewhat linked to my previous course. I joined this course after my diploma in polymer technology. For a batch, students were like 30-40. Few teachers are good and qualified. The teaching method is somewhat good as we can understand. The term exams were very much time and sometimes questions are out of the book.
Program fee is depend on the caste. Different scholarship form also comes which reduces the fees. I am a general so I pay 27660 per sem. Mode of payment is online. No there arent any fees to secure admission in the course. No the college doesnt provide transparency in th fee breakdown. Still you can ask the university if there are sone new rules.
The course which they taught is outdated as the program was started in 1995. The University has been following the same course curriculum as that of 1995. There is no industry exposure provided by the University but students themselves can contact the industry and ask permission from them regarding the industrial visits. The permanent faculty in our department were 5 and others were visiting faculty(only a few faculty members had a good grip over their subject)Special mention to- Dr.Alka Bhardwaj(Chairperson) very good in nature.
54000 per annum. Its affordable plus they provide some support to minorities or economically challenged people too. They provide special discounts to the foreigner students too so its great. Overall, its good and affordable.
Fee structure is very good you only have to pay around 2.50 L totally in whole B.tech in which many scholarship are provided by the University also University offer to work for University in some small scale and pay stipend to them
