Academic Requirement

• A minimum of an upper second class honours degree (2:1) (or equivalent 60-65% or above or CGPA 6.5-7.5 out of 10.0) or a lower second class honours degree (2:2) or equivalent (55%) or CGPA 6.0 out of 10.0 in architecture or a similar subject area, which will normally be validated by the RIBA for Part 1/ prescribed by the ARB for Part 1.
• Applicants will usually have one year of (post-degree) professional experience. Applicants with a lower second class honours degree (2:2) will require significant experience.
• At the interview, applicants should present their academic portfolio together with examples of work undertaken during professional training and any relevant contextual material.
• Applicants are required to submit one academic reference.

English Proficiency Score

• IELTS 7.0 overall with 6.5 in all components.
• TOEFL iBT 92 overall with a minimum of 20 in Listening, 24 in Writing, 19 in Reading and 20 in Speaking
• Pearson PTE 76 overall with minimum 59 in each component
• University may also accept high X and XII scores in English from CBSE, ICSE, CISCE, ISC and Maharashtra boards- Requires 70% or above in Standard 12th
• From Andhra Pradesh, Goa, Karnataka, Kerala, Meghalaya, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, West Bengal Boards - Requires 75% in Standard 12th
