- SCE was established in 1988 to provide a broad-based foundation for students with global aspirations of a rewarding career in computing. - This double degree programme is a hybrid curriculum that has been specially prepared to seamlessly integrate both business and computer science elements. You will be trained by the outstanding faulty of both NBS and SCE in the fundamentals and the combined application of both fields.
