Being in good about college

Remarks :

Nothing much but a good strict college to study engineering but a bad College for students in terms of enjoying college life and other things, strict is the main disadvantage of the college it's ok sometimes but not ok all times

Course Curriculum Overview :

Actually speaking the course is very good but the way of teaching is somewhat worse, exam structure actually of 100 marks which is converted to 80 marks and 20 marks for internal assessment, assignments, seminars and other activities, our laboratory will be 3 in each semester and of course, they give good coaching of that overall a good exam structure but not good for students.

Placement Experience :

They are good but no stipends are given and no internship is provided but they give Bonafide for attending other symposiums and internships and also give implant training and give a program for attending the interview

College Events :

Many events like sports day, ethnic days and symposium, even they create clubs like Rotaract, English, Tamil clubs and also for maths, science, other departments programs and also includes independently and republic day celebration

Fee Structure And Facilities :

It is totally feasible, around 70000 will be coming for all years with including bus for transportation and other facilities. and also for people like 1000 + marks in 12, they will have an additional deduction in fees.

Fees and Financial Aid :

The scholarship of the college is based on result. if a department section have all clear students in them they will be awarded for 200000 and avail some other offers in campus interview.and some sport candidates are also rewarded.

Campus Life :

As above said the activities of some clubs and something related to department and for some other clubs like NSS, NCC and other things like retract, sports club is very good and for each year they conduct sports day which helps to know the talented people in college, both inter and intra.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel facility is good but we have to share the rooms with others. food provided is ok but not up to the mark for any colleges, they are not allowed to go out every day but only on Sundays and that too only for boys. for girls a guardian must come for signing for the girl

Alumni/Alumna :

The alumni association will provide some good offers such as the campus of big companies and offers donations to college during festival times and including Pongal and Christmas festivals. They also present on graduation day and gives advice and many senior helps in the project of junior in terms of report making and records.

Admission :

Selected through counseling of Anna University based on marks scored in 12 the standard, it's like a risk-taking process but we are in a big dilemma in selecting a college. it's also based on the college details we collected.

Faculty :

They are nice, well trained, and friendly and also get along well with students and they also provide the good structure of notes, question papers, and records. some of them have done Ph.D. too for extra coaching with along their MBA degree

The placement here is pretty good , we can get internships from 3 rd year onwards but the placement is after 4th year . The highest package offered here is 1.08 cpa The average package offered here is 6 lpa And if you want to get a good enough package here you will habe to study. Hard and be productive in coding it will be best if you maintain a higher cgpa than 8 . Many companies come here like amazon, google, tcs and many more.

Placement Experience:

I am currently in 3rd year. From what I have heard and seen. There are core companies like Boeing, indigo etc.. who are regularly coming for campus placement. This year I heard that about 11-12 people for selected in Boeing for a package of 9-10 LPA. I can say one thing for sure that placements are only based on your individual performance and your skill set. Just learning the course isn't going to land you a job. All the people who are competing for this job has done the same thing like you did (ie complete this course). Try to know your basics very well instead of faking your CGPA. Attend lectures, competition and internship to keep that resume look unique

Course Curriculum Overview:

They provide well education in computer science related courses rather than other engineering courses. They can provide more hands-on learning rather than teaching in the projector. Course curriculum is good in our college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose Artificial Intelligence and data science as I was veey much interested to learn about AI and I believe that this course has a lot of scope outside. In my college they do provide a good curriculum for this course that teaches things from the basic to advanced level. The difficulty level of exams is a bit high sometimes but if we maintain a good score overall it will be easy to pass.
