Remarks :
positives includes, it is a festival college with a lot of different people that from different parts of the world. most people here are friendly and has a good helping and caring mind they will not try to harm anyone and they live in their's circle. Negatives are freedom is given in such a way that we opt to misuse them suddenly some strict laws are implemented the only strict law i used to see is that to wear college id to enter the college and should wear uniform in examinations
Course Curriculum Overview :
The Best! we are following 95% of UGC syllabus, compared to KTU we are learning double. we are having two periodical examinations with the weightage of 15 marks each and internals of 20 marks, End semester exam is having 50 marks weightage, that includes the whole portions. in case of labs 20 marks external and 80 marks internal, there are grace marks for different activities in the college.
Placement Experience :
Average salary is Rs. 4.7 Lakhs per annum for 2018 pass out batch. Highest CTC offered for 2018 batch is Rs. 29.63 Lakhs per annum. and many more, I personally know these things as our CIR(Cooperate and Industrial Relations) are awesome in training and molding us for the exams,Interviews, placements etc. yes our college provide internships highest stiphend offered is 1 lac per annum
College Events :
Almost all patriotic events are celebrated in behalf of AYUDH INDIA, also we celebrate Arts,Onam, our beloved Amma's Birthday, institution day,navarathri,poja,and what i say all programmes are here we also have a large number of people from other states here so we celebrate almost all festivals here. i conclude that Amrita is a college of festivals
Fee Structure And Facilities :
fees are expensive but looking for the placements and opportunities they are feasible. fees increases for new batches. bus fees are high hostel fees are high but life at amrita is awesome for a common man Amrita is little bit expensive
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I heard about many scholarships that is being offered. there are no loan facilities here. scholorships for good rank holders are available here for those securing the first will only have to pay 10% of the fees
Campus Life :
they all are awesome our labs are highly equipped and modern facilities are there for research. ee have many many clubs for all sort of activities, social and cultural activities are more supported here. in sports we have got many many achievements we have many national winners we have 8 acres of sports feild
Alumni/Alumna :
ofcourse yes they are with us to guide and support for projects give ideas about how to acces or what to do when to do and how to do things to make it happend and there constant support always give us the strength
Admission :
In our time it was an Interview and the marks obtained is added to +2 Marks and created the merit list. i was 53rd selected of 55, although i have only received 80% in my senior secondary i did well in my interview
Faculty :
highly qualified and hugely packed Heads. many own PhD, double PhD, and a huge experiences from high profile institutions around the world. There are no doubts left behind beacuse those giants are crazy and very much lovable to aproach and they usually amaze us with their knowledge. I am a fan of each of my professors
