Remarks :

Its good college. I'm lucky to study in this college. The management is favor to students.

Entrance Preview :

I joined this college through Anna university counselling. I choose civil bcas its my aim. Also I want built a structure that haven't build in world. I will built in India. Admission are made easier by the admission crew in my college.

Course Curriculum Overview :

In our college the faculty was so experienced staff. They can understand the situation of students and according to that the teach us. They care for slow learners also if they want by students. My course has very good assess.

Internships Opportunities :

Our college has many tie up with many companies. In particular to my department they have tie up with Teckla. Teckla gave us free training in trimble. Trimble is only present in our clg. Even many companies don't have this software. Our clg has many internship program. Atleast twice in a month we will go training.

Placement Experience :

Atoms has placed 8 of them for Rs.35000/-. As usual we are placed through campus interview . To qualify that we must have no arrears. We have tie up with Nissan, Teckla, Pega, Kuka, saipem, Renault,etc.,

College Events :

Culturals-college days,hostel day,womens day,etc.,Technical-symposium, internship,workshop,etc.,In symposium students from other college only allowed. Nearly 500 students are participated.In workshop both our college and other college students are welcomed. About these programs you can see detailed information about forth coming programmes in our college website.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Our college had normal fees structures. Our college has scholarships, free education for poor students. They gets book fees, exam feed, mess fees, tuition fees, bus fees or hostel fees. If you go under any special training, placement training you have to pay separate fees for that.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Yes sure our college has scholarships for toppers and poor students. Our college arranges loan for students from canara bank.

Campus Life :

We can enjoy in college from beginning. Our college is goodnin sports and we won many trophies. Our college students are also good volunteers in many programmes like blood donors.

Hostel Facilities :

For each room five students are stayed. Each room has attach restrooms. Our hostel has both air conditioned and non-air conditioned rooms. The rest rooms have both western and normal styles. Seperate hostel for boys and girls.

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

Senior students can come any time to college. Since it is new college there is no alumni network but sure we can expect alumini network in future. Our college seniors are very helpful to juniors in curricular and non-currucular activities.

Exam Structure :

Yeah there are two assessment exams,one model exams, one model practical labs, one semester practical exams, one semester.labs are fine in all weeks.they will teach about all experiment clearly.

Average college but a good place to study on your own

Placement Experience:

The campus placements start in the 7th semester. Due to the recession, there is a lot of backlash when it comes to placements. It has been quite poor for the last few years. But it depends on how the student is prepared for the competitive world.

Reality of Veltech

Placement Experience:

Placement is good for the CSE and IT departments. You can't expect placement if you belong to other departments, there is a placement for the other departments but very less. Campus placement starts in 3rd year itself. They have special classes for Aptitude skills and interview preparation GD and necessary preparations for job placement opportunities. 90% of students from CSE and IT get placed. The average package is 7.5 LPA you can expect a minimum of 3.5 LPA. If you are willing to go for higher studies you can contact the international relation office they have good relations with other universities abroad, they have students exchange programs, research scholarships etc if you are not planning to seat in placement. I plan for higher studies and research after my Btech.

Best place ever visited. My Sweet College.

Placement Experience:

The placements in my college is very good and top companies hire students across every branch with a good amount of package. At the end of 3rd year every student is elegible for the placements in college. About 20 to 25 companies visited for campus hiring and approximately 700 offers were given across the college from every branch. 60 percentage of students got placed in the campus hiring program. Highest package is 24 LPA and the aveyis 5LPA. My plan is to get into a good MNC company which is related to Aerospace technology.
