Remarks :
The college is everything a law student can dream of. It has a large campus, state of art infrastructure, great faculty, serious students and a healthy environment to progress academically and become a social person.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is really good with Arts subjects clubbed with law subjects in the first two years. Thereafter the focus is specifically on legal subjects. We have two exams in every semester and four in every years along with project submissions.
Placement Experience :
The college places many students in good law firms across the country. Some students also secure foreign LLMs. The college has an internship wing and provides internships as well. The internship may or may not have a stipend depending on where you intern.
College Events :
Fresher's, Colossus (Annual Fest) and several other celebrations during various festivals. There are celebrations like Halloween Night, Desi Night, Holi celebrations. Farewell for the outgoing batch.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
It's quite feasible. They charge for the facilities they provide us with. Even the mess fee is reasonable with 12k per semester as the fees in which they provide meals four times a day (breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner).
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I'm not aware of any. However the college does have fee waivers and scholarship for those who cannot afford to fund their education. Regarding loan you need to yourself find a donor bank as the college does not have a scheme for the same.
Campus Life :
They are really good and well equipped with state of art facilities. We have a large cricket ground, football ground, tennis court etc. We have moot court halls and a large auditorium to be host to a large audience.
Hostel Facilities :
Yes I've opted for hostel. The infrastructure is 8/10. The 1st year hostels have clean toilets, spacious rooms, WiFi in rooms, clean corridors amongst various other amenities and facilities provided by the college.
Alumni/Alumna :
Yes they're helpful and they've shown their support on various occasions. The Alumni have reached highs in various domains of the legal field and try to provide good guidance to their fellow juniors to help them be successful in life.
Admission :
I appeared for CLAT exam and secured admission after getting an All India Rank of 726. The CLAT exam is taken by around 50k+ students in India and it is the most elite exam for admissions in NLUs across the country.
Faculty :
The faculty of the college is highly qualified and experienced professionals. Most of the teachers can teach extremely well and they've alot of experience teaching law students and preparing them for their professional lives.
