Remarks :

Everything has and always will be wonderful when it comes to SIES. It's always been a home to many students thanks to the wonderful people who study and work here and make it a lot more easier for people like us.

Course Curriculum Overview :

It's between 3.5-4. happens to be one of the few colleges that has the provision for EBC. Which ensures students get a scholarship as well. The university has made it easier for colleges like sies to work on the curriculum better and to help cope up with different projects.

Internships Opportunities :

They have all the top companies coming here. Which gives us a better scope and outreach. Many companies come here for internships as well as jobs. Which makes it the most sought after institution because of the companies that come here.

Placement Experience :

College Events :

Various cultural and sports events and also the annual fest known as pixels. The main fest hosted by MCA is pixels and all the fests are conducted during the month of January and february. Attendance is taken very seriously here and it's supposed to be maintained well.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

1 lakh 30. It's one lakh thirty thousand for each year. If in case you want a scholarship you have to apply for EBC where in you get back almost 60% of the fees. You need to submit the correct documents for the same and ensure that you do it on time.

Campus Life :

They are absolutely great and very interactive. The people, the students and the staff are all pretty wonderful. You feel like this place in itself has a lot of potential and the people make it a lot more better. The students here are also equally good.

Hostel Facilities :

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

They are very helpful. Our seniors have most importantly played the most crucial role in shaping our experience here. Seniors in any college are mainly responsible for guiding us after our teachers.

Exam Structure :

It is the usual Mumbai University structure. With 6 semesters. They have the usual 20 mark internal marks and the 80 marks main paper which usually happens in December and June. It also has practical examinations.

Admission :

Through mah cet and got through the second round. The first round of cut offs was a bit high but good. They do have in house selection criteria as well. They do keep the average cut off every year based on the each years highest score. It depends on every year

Faculty :

Absolutely great and know their work and are able to connect to the teachers. They are all qualified people who know their work and are well versed with the subjects in the syllabus and most importantly they help the students connect better at the academic level required.

The college brings the placement program and many of my friends got placed through on campus placement one of my friend got placed at EPAM Hyderabad with package of 6lpa. The overall percentage of students who got placed is 60-70% .

Usually after 3rd semester college starts providing placements and internships to students. I got placed from my college but in a marketing category with an average package of 6lpa. College promotes various placements activities and collaboration with various companies as well. Students get placed the percentage of students getting placed is about 70 to 75% in an average.

Best college in Marathwada

Placement Experience:

From last semester students become eligible for placement. There are so many companies like tcs, Infosys, Capgemini, etc companies visit our college in last decade. I think 80 to 70 percent students are getting jobs some students didn't get in the criteria so didn't eligible for campus placement. I have to get a job in a good IT company.

Entrance Preview:

In order to secure an admission to the first year, the candidates must have graduated with a 3 year degree minimum and must have secured 50% marks in class 12 and graduation. Apart from this, the student must have studied maths and computers in class 12 so that he/she can understand and retain the subject. The forms are easily available.

Placement Experience:

The college placement cell is very up-to-date and very active. They know everything about the latest trends and understand what skills are required in the industry and a student must possess those skills. For this, some special training programs and recent updated chapters in a course are added and students are taught accordingly. This helps them perform better in the industry.

Entrance Preview:

I get into VIT college through MHCET-MCA. I scored 99.42 percentile in the cet exam. This is top college in Pune for MCA. The admission process is quite simple.

Placement Experience:

In VIT you dont need to worry about placements if one have good scores. Many companies come like TCS, Cognizent, IBM, Infosys, Texas Instruments, Persistent, EQ Technology, Thoughtworx, Barclays, Varian Medical systems. Packages they provide are between 3Lakh to 15Lakh. For MCA department out of 30, 27 students were placed.
