Remarks :
Positive is that its nearby and the most reputed Commerce college in town and negative is that its strict. That you need to accept. I accepted it and lived up with it because I knew it's okay. But to tell the truth the teachers support all the way till the end to ensure that you don't go wrong. That is for sure.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course curriculum should be updated based upon the current market standards and the type of competition that exists today. The exam structure is like there are 6 semesters, in 3 years., The subjects in 1st two semesters remains the same likewise in 3rd and 4th semester. The exam pattern is 80:20 external:internal.
Placement Experience :
I don't have much ideas about placements. But yes, our college do provides job opportunities. There are many companies as well as firms that come to our college to provide internship to CA students for the purpose of their articleship.The stipend begins from 3000 onwards.
College Events :
The college hosts a wide variety of events during the year. The major once is the ' SPECTRUM' which is celebrated the whole week round. Students from various colleges do participate in the college fest.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
The fee structure is feasible. The fee structure for bcom 1st year is around 4000 , then second year it is around 5-5.5 thousand and then in final year it is around 7-8000. Also there are some additional fees if you opt to choose IT as a subject in final year.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Our college do provide scholarship to people of below poverty line/SC/ST/OBC. The students of general categy. Who have scored more than 85% in their 12th also get a marginal amount of scholarship every year.
Campus Life :
To be honest. They are average. Sports is still good. basically indoor sports and in outdoor there is volleyball and cricket. Cricket tournament is organised every year as well between all the students of different courses.
Alumni/Alumna :
The senior students are somewhat the best thing I have found about this college. The only this is that you also need to take an effort to try to engage with them. and once it's done then there is no fear at all.
Admission :
After clearing my 12th exams with good marks I applied for online. College list should be applied online. After the 1st list you get your college from the list you had applied online based on your marks and college cut off. After that you need to confirm the seat where your name has come. Even if you don't want to go that college you still need to confirm and then you can wait for the second list wherein if you get your desired college,you can opt out from the first one.
Faculty :
The faculty of our college is quite good, comprising of some highly educated and experienced in their respective subjects since last many years.College has maintained its reputation of producing great students.
