Attendance wasn't that strict and we were asked to go for internships for practical knowledge.
Even though Meerut is a small town but our college will still stand out.

Uniform was mandatory on all college days and this was a pain.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Well during my time AI and all were not there and CSE was perhaps the most sought after branch. Why then ever today it is and that's why I chose this course and in a way it has helped me work in one of the top IT company today. It was all because of great teaching that I reached here so no complaints whatsoever.

Class Size : 67Course Fees : INR 103000 per year

Placement Experience :

As soon as I entered my final year we used to get messages daily that today this company is coming and all. So companies like Polaris, Suntek, IBM and others came and Polaris didn't even ask much before considering me for a package of 6LPA.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fees at IIMTU Meerut was quite less as it was 1 lakhs and nearby. It was 95k in th first year but till my final year it reached 1.03 lakhs. SC/ST studnets paid just 30-35k as they were given financial assistance.

Campus Life :

The best part of the infrastructure was that it haf I campus boys and girls hostel. Boys hostel capacity was close to 3000 and it is one of the largest boys hostels of the country. Sports facilities are also good and students didn't have to struggle to play sport of their choice. The university overall was quite huge and probably the largest in Meerut.

Admission :

I am from Meerut and that's why I didn't look any further as for me IIMTU was more or less certain to place it's students. Admissions are based on UPSEE which is common for state engineering colleges. Our college ranks among the top colleges of the state and therefore only the top students were picked from here.

Faculty :

Faculties here used to date about the students and this is what I liked the most about them. They also set the questions papers easy so that every student should pass and never have to look back. Their support was surreal all throughout.

Night Life :

R Square Restaurant which was like crossroads for us was one of the top restaurant. Besides that Food River and Deep Restaurant were also food joints were we used to hangout and have fun with our friends at the university.

the aktu syllabus give me vast knowledge of this particular course that's why i choose this. real world applications are their like in graphics lab coa lab rest subjects also have real world applications knowledge. areas of improvements required in subjects like workshops lab, etc. frequency and timing of exams are very relaxed.

very good in past , but from last 2 years its not that good . earlyer our avg pacakge for the college was 16/17 lpa but now its droped to 12/13 lpa even some stuents get unplaced , so scenes are not good right now but chances of improvememt are high
