Course Curriculum Overview :
I like other courses I choose to pursue hotel management as a carrier option because I am having passion in cooking and after joining this college I exactly got the things which I want here is everything we can dream to do in my life like cooking food having bakery classes making breads learning about wines and making and exploring new cuisines which makes me loving this course and I also suggest people if you are passionate about it definitely there is something for you in this course. Also if you are not interested hospitality and you realise it after joining the college we also have campus placements of retails and also revenue management which if you more option.
Internships Opportunities :
Our college provide internship all over India in the best brands of hospitality and all of the brands you know including ihcl groups The Oberoi is group the ITC the Leela JW Marriott accounts rosiate Radisson etc. Space on the company which you join for the intensive major companies like Tarzan of 5000 per month for a man of 4 months in companies like park Hyatt provides type and around 1500 rupees per month it change from company to company. The outcome of industrial training is play a very significant role in the student life will learn a lot of things about the industry and we got a proper exposure about the current norms and the work culture of the hospitality industry. I have completed my industrial training from Taj Vivanta Surajkund under IHCL GROUPS my experience is fabulous in a highly recommend you to work under the top hotels companies in the world in India to get a proper exposure.
Placement Experience :
Aur campus placement rate is around 80 to 90% or comparatively high which increases year of the year every year the campus different drive is conducted from mid of September to mid of February and campuses from all over India like Taj Oberoi ITC and the major brand hospitality as well retails joins us for the campus placement drive which gives students a chance to work on the best possible companies of hospitality and details all over the India.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Fee structure is increasing rapidly due to the merger with Jawaharlal Nehru University now the fees before Jawaharlal Nehru University is around 60000 per semester which is increased to around 80 to 90000 per semester and increasing continuously currently and the last batch of IGNOU University so I am paying around 60000 for semester decision average but my juniors are paying around 90000 or semester and having new syllabus and new marking scheme which is completed different from IGNOU University. In the last 2 years the curriculum is change a lot it is now according to the new trends of the hotels. New things are added in the course which makes the course more valuable and definitely recommend you to join this college if you want to purse you hotel management from one of the best colleges in India. As our institute is a centre Government institute to the provide scholarship according to your state and your cast. I am from the General category and also from Uttarakhand so I am not full feeling the criteria of scholarship and I am also not much aware about it deeply. Thank you
Campus Life :
The balance between our curriculum social life is nice we have in five day workings and two day of including Saturday and Sunday which help us in doing extra curricular activities in during hour class room Times we have specific timing for practicals as well as theory and our curriculum keeps the skin gauge so we cannot feel much pressure. All through hospitality course is not to elongated which give us time for extra curricular activities if you are interested in it.
Hostel Facilities :
Our hostel facilities quite good we paste 50000 the year which is creatively very cheap according to Lucknow we having shared occupancy of 3 for 1st year single rooms for second and third years for the shared occupancy we have to pay 47000 and for single rooms we have to pay 50000 we got basic facilities like light fan and switch boards and light never goes because we have a separate generator of electricity here for hostel in the hostel is in a quite and come please which is close to nature be having a mess which provides a school and Saturday Sunday we got food breakfast lunch and dinner along with tea in the evening. I want to say our hostel facility is quite very well so we have limited numbers so we get more preferences more facilities and be having upper hand for you can say ease of life compared to the day scholars.
Admission :
I choose this college because of two reasons I give the nchmct exam and I got 1498 rank all over India in general category I choose I change Usha my first option and item Lucknow mein second option because it was the clotheist in the best institute from my hometown and their placement rates are also significantly high in North Indian item as compared to others and also Lucknow is a tier 2 city which makes the fee structure white glow as compared to everyone cities like Delhi Mumbai and Bangalore and the living cost in Lucknow is comparatively low as compared to others cities.
Faculty :
Also our teachers are one of the best teachers all over the India we have teacher who qualified by the nchmct exams which was conducted Pan India. Every teacher is great in his field and the providers Deep and valuable knowledge about the course about the industry which help us develope more significantly as compared to other institute of hotel managements across the India and work course is also good which focuses on practical part as well as theory part according to our industry and the also changing according to the currents needs. The Marty scheme is quite simple we got numbers from the overall subject we have but now its changed to CGPA from the last 2 years which is a bit complicated to understand but the curriculum becomes more good which cope up with it accordingly
Interview Experience :
There is no group discussion interviews for the admission but you have to qualify exam with the name of nchmct JEE to pursue b.sc degree in IHM all over the India but you can enroll for diploma courses directly to the respective colleges.
Night Life :
Since we are in Lucknow the nightlife is quite well our institute of hotel management is in a porch area and maximum facilities inside a kilometre and you can hangout with your friends having dinners in olden authentic styles restaurants of Lucknow enjoying the delicacy of Lucknow in the night time as well have in the day time.
