Course Curriculum Overview :
Our course is like giving us a fair idea of industry work and we have digital laba too. Not just engineering but we are prepared for future entrances too. Everything is updated post COVID from lans to digital lab and 3-D printers too have been installed and now therefore college projects even though are lengthy looks fun.
Placement Experience :
Accenture, Bosch, Capgemini and Amazon are some to name a few who comes for placements here. Almost 8 out 10 are placed with an annual salary of 7-8 lakhs in hand. Total fees is 4.5 lakhs or so, and now one.xam calculate the ROI and see themselves whether there's a better ROI elsewhere.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
A city that has many private universities like Medi-Caps and others, IPS Academy stands out as with such a low fees of 1 lakh 26000 a year, the college offers top opportunities. For students of other communities like OBC and other special categories the fees is 40-50k a month.
Campus Life :
A 50 acre campus with every single facility which were upgraded 3 years back gives the best chills to the students. SOC annual fest, Ullas fest and other fests are among some of the fests of the university. The best part of infrastructure is the three auditoriums and out of which Premiere Auditorium is the best as it has a seating capacity of 500+ students and is equipped with a stage that can host any program.
Admission :
I applied for JEE as IITs were my dream. They shattered but as they say you get another hand soon after one folds and I got another hand in IPS Academy. Eligibility is through an assessment examination of the university and one has to be pin point on it to get admission here.
Faculty :
Around 20-22 faculties have taught us as I am into my third semester. Means nearly 14-15 faculties every year. So for 180 odd students we have 15 faculties or so. Meaning one faculty per 12 student. Ratio is slightly unfavorable for students but faculties don't discriminate and hence oneself should never complain for this.
Night Life :
The Marvel Cafe and The Technology Cafe are Rajendra Nagar's best hangout spots and both of them are close to our college. Both boys and girls hostels are inside the campus and students have enough facilities inside that their don't have to step outside much. In any case the curfew times are very sturdy with girls have tk be present back in their rooms by 8pm and boys by 9.30 pm.
