- Infrastructure suturing our time wasn't that great but now it has improved a lot. Building looks very clean and new now.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I enjoyed attending classes and studying for the course. I always had a knack for Literature and loved pursuing it in college. Literature compells you to question your privileges , opens your mind and makes you a responsible and aware person.
Internships Opportunities :
Ours was an arts and commerce college and internships are available in certain fields for the students of each course. There's an active internship cell in our college which keeps everyone updated about the upcoming internships and job profiles.
Placement Experience :
Our college has an active placement cell as well as intership cell. You can get good internships during the course as well. Apart from that the placement cell also prepares you for interviews and CV vetting. Big 4 comes to our college!
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I studied at Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, University of Delhi. The fee for course English honours was 7, 8, and 9 thousand respectively for each year. There are different scholarships too which are provided on the basis of interviews.
Campus Life :
Our college has great societies, they have name in the whole DU circle. The cultural societies organize many events and there's also the Annual cultural fest in our college, Diwali mela and more. The vibe of the college is so vibrant .
Admission :
In our time, cuet wasn't there and admission was purely on the basis of class 12th merit . My dream college was something else though, but I don't regret studying here . I had my best time in SBSC and loved the English faculty here.
Faculty :
Faculty is so understanding. They clear your academic plus personal problems also . In total, they're very friendly. Clearing exams is very easy if you attend lectures and scoring well is not that tough too.
Night Life :
The campus life is just so good. It's memorable and unforgettable. There's no hostel in our college but there's no shortage of PG and flats in the area . It's also safe during the night and there are many affordable eateries around. Metro station is also quite near .
