- I like that college gives you opportunity to participate in each and every thing. It encourages you to do more curricular activities but also focus on the classes as there is mandatory 75% attendance required. There are clubs that offer opportunitie.
- The faculty is nice and supportive but some are very strict. They teach you well also provide notes online for having more resources to study and helps with exams.
Dislikes
- I don’t like the campus much as it is not that big . It is small but manageable as per your fee.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The curriculum prepares you for the real world application very well. They focus on the practical more to give us the real world experience. The teaching method is good as that depends on individuals teaching style and how well they delivered the topic to the students as well as the students are able to get the topic or not. That also depends on the interaction between the teacher and students. The teaching method mainly focuses on the understanding. They try to make you understand the topic not force you to learn. They apply tricks to get you learn the topics. There are questions for each chapter to solve.
Internships Opportunities :
Internships are available for 6 semester and on campus there is placement from 7 semesters. Several companies come and offer packages between 4 -8 lpa. There are companies like infosys celebal moonprenuer which came and offers nice packages. There are at least 3 rounds and depends on every company. The role of sales, developers is given from tge companies to the students.
Placement Experience :
The college offers placement from 6 semester itself. Companies comes in physical mode from 4th year so the placement is quite nice and difficult. From semester 6 students became eligible to apply for the placement. Companies like Moonprenuer, Infosys visits the college. The highest package is 50 lpa and the average package is 5lpa. 95% students get placed in the campus placement. My plan is to get fashion degree or to apply for job.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The detailed fee is that you have to pay the fee for academic in 3 installment that is in first instalment 40% then 40% then 30% . The total is approximately 150000 per year. For hostel there are 4 instalment which is every next month. The fee is definitely increasing day by day. There is scholarships based on your jee marks as one of my friend is paying just 20000 per semester academic. It vary as per jee score.
Campus Life :
Overall experience was nice . I made alot of friends and enjoyed the year. The campus life is amazing but there is no bunking. The social aspect is nice. There is several clubs for dancing coding business poster makings. There is aarohan which happens once a year and it is for 3 days which is amazing. There is games cultural activities coding activities and many more. The library consists of each and every book from first year to the fourth year of almost every author. Extracurricular activities like cultural codings occur every month and sports occur every other month or if there is any other college interaction then you can go and play.
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel is not that good . There is common washroom and one water coller which is on ground floor. The boys building and girls building is on same campus. There is fan in the room . If you want ac then therw is charges and for all tge other equipment like tv and fridge you have to pay the bills and they charge you extra money. There is no different room for single accommodation and double accommodation. You will be given same room as double accommodation if you get single room but the charges gets high. The meal is not nice . Someday it is good but mostly it is not nice . They give you chapatis, rice and dal everyday morning and night. There is breakfast menu and in evening they give you snacks. There is not big registration process you just need to give some details and parents signature. I am living in pg which is in pratap nagar from this month.
Admission :
The admission process is very easy you just have to apply for rtu which requires some of your details but also from the Piet main page you can apply directly. I have applied to jain university and Galgotia University. I got admission letters from both colleges but I choose this college as both other colleges offered the same placement but the fee was comparatively high. I choose this college as i was not sure of the course and wanted to invest less. I didn't get rejected from any college I applied for. There is RTU from which the college is called a semi-government college and RTU conduct all the exam and give the degree to the students. There is the site of RTU where you apply for college. The eligibility is 10 and 12 passed. Exams like JEE is acceptable. Also, JEE is most preferred by the students. Anyone whose percentile is above 65 can get into the college depending on availability of the students.
Faculty :
The faculty is big. They are nice to us but some are very strict. The ratio is one class having 7 different faculty. They approach each and every student and engage them to the class . Even they ask the reason why he or she was absent. There is attendance for each class so they know who was absent . I liked Ashima Tiwari mam as she is very supportive to us . Abhishek dadhich sir is also very knowledgeable and friendly to the class though he is very strict i feel. There are alot i didn't like some are from first year maths teacher. There are two mid terms in which there are theoretically paper as well as practicals . These two decides your internal marks which is out of 30 . There is one end sem which includes practical which happens in the college itself and the theoretical exam is in different colleges as per the rtu notice. The exam is quite different as sometimes it is hard sometimes it is easy so there is no relavent answer of easy or hard. Many students clear the exam but out of 10 if i have to say then 6/10 students clear the exam and rest can't . The course curriculum is very relevant.
