  • Attendance system is stringent nowadays and regular classes are to be taken
  • Though diversity can be seen but also becomes problematic in sense of FOMO

Course Curriculum Overview :

ECONOMICS COURSE IS AS FOLLOWS: FOCUS ON INDUSTRY BASED SKILL AND ECONOMICS ALSO PROVIDES SOFTWARE BASED SKILLS AND INTERACTION WITH MNCs and internship opportunities. ONE DOWNSIDE IS THAT SOME STUDENTS TEND TO BE CASUAL AND MISS THESE OPPORTUNITIES.

Internships Opportunities :

Companies such as Deloitte, KPMG, IBM, Bane, Goldman Sachs and various other indian companies like ZOHO , Swiggy, Zomato provide good opportunity for place ments avg package being 4-6Lpa for various courses

Placement Experience :

Placements are decent and very good as well for certain courses such as bcom and economics hons but also are decent for other courses based on your cgpa and internships done. Always go for government internships as they provide better experience and weightage.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The college provides great opportunity of interaction with industry as well as provides a great environment for competitive exams such as UPSC CSE. ALSO PROVIDES OPPORTUNITIES FOR VARIOUS SOCIETIES AND CLUBS.

Campus Life :

Annual fests such as nexus are held and provide entertainment with opportunity of exercising management skills and honing them by organising various international college competitions and various other events

Admission :

Delhi university provides a brand name and exposure and economic approach towards higher education also college supports people preparing for competitive exams by providing seminars, open sessions, books material etc.

Faculty :

Faculty to student ratio is good and healthy and also provides good syllabus coverage as college follows leading global syllabus. The economics course is inspired by the LSE syllabus. Exams are difficult but coverable if classes are attended properly . Almost 3-4 percent people per class fail rest pass easily.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Coming to english hons I had a little different expectations and this turned out to be a little different, This course is too much till where I have studied is inclined towards literature which sometimes students do not like. There are many subjects inside the core, but subjects like literary studies caught lot of attention due to it's attractiveness and different perspectives. Sometimes things go a lot off syllabus which disrupts mindful learning but thankgod it's just 30-40% of it.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is not updated . Teachers uses old method of teaching on pen and paper. Like in statistics now various tools are available in market and instead of making us learn those tools teachers are teaching the most basic things on pen and paper. But the course is very demanding nowadays.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is basically design to study economics in a depth so that the understanding of student related to world economic, how economics work , how it affect an individual etc increase and he can work more efficiently to give theories and work in the companies related to economics. The curriculum includes value added course and skill enhanced courses that help us to learn different types of skills that are required in the real world applications. Improvement in these can be done by asking the student to apply all these into real life and connect students with the real life approaches related to the course. For core subjects the timing of paper is 3 hours and for sec and vac courses the timing of paper is 1 hour.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum provides a great knowledge about how politics as a discipline is based around the reality of life. The political theory brings out the conceptual knowledge about liberal and other such ideas while the political thought brings out the ideas of ancient thinkers like Plato, Aristotle and also ofmediaeval thinkers like Machiavelli TH green etc. there is also Indian political thought providing great knowledge about the political system of ancient India and how the makers of modern India thought about the political society as a whole.

Course Curriculum Overview:

1) i had interest in history from my class 11th. I wanted to further increase my knowledge ane thus accepted my course 2) the course not only prepares u to give exams but actualy leads u to study many papers, books that expands your understanding of the course and also real life challneges where u have to apply it. It also prepares you for further academic pursuits 3) they can opt for more practical learning apart from classroom learning, they can make field trips and let student know about research also 4) the end exams start after 4-5 months of sem start. U are given well enough time to prepare gradually. The assignments, test can make it hectic but if u complete the given work in time, u can prepare well enough for the exams and do well.
