Faculty :
•Faculties are approachable. They help us in the best way possible. •Every 5 students are allotted memtors. We have counselling with our mentors every week regarding academics, personal life, college life etc. •The academic year is not divided into semesters. Instead there are 3 sessional exams in the year •We need to score 50% in each subject to pass •If we fail in 2 sessionals we are required to write one more paper for the qualification for university paper i.e the final exam •However if a student scores 35% in all the 3 sessionals they will be allowed to sit in the final exam •So passing marks is 50% but qualification marks is 35% •Before they used to consider best of 2 out of 3 sessional papers for the internal assessment marks which is included in the final marksheet but now they consider the average of 3 sessionals. •Compulsory attendance of 75% is required regardless of any reasons. A student having attendance less than 75% will not be allowed to write university paper whatsoever. No excuses. •There might be 2-3 faculties which the student may not like because they are too strict.
