Course Curriculum Overview :

I want to become an ias officer so i choose this cource the syllabus of uspc cse exam is very much common with my cource so i choose this cource. The frequency of exam is nice. The exam are held 2 stages first the practical one and then the theory exam

Class Size : 40Course Fees : INR 8700 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Overall fee is about 8320 for 2 semster. I does not remember the registration fees. Tution fee is 500 university welfare fund is 200 , college student welfare fund is 150 , college development fund is 800, university development fund is 1000 university facilities and services charges is 1000 college facilities and services charge is 2700 EWS support systum is 150 , examination fee is 1820 on addition it id 8320

Campus Life :

The infrastructure is very very bad the conditions of building is very bad. In rainy season the college is flooded with water and the condition of ac ir very bad. The library facilities in over college is also not that much good

Admission :

I applied for ip university but i not get the admission in that universIty because of my cet score. I choose my college because of the exam pattern and attendance is not that much strict. Overall admission experience is very good everything is online.

Faculty :

The faculty to student is ration in our college is very bad almost 100 students are under 1 faculty. I don't want to disclose the name of my facult But our history professor is very good he teach us in very efficient and productive manner but our Political Science teacher is not that much good

Maitreyi College is Underrated, A VERY NICE EXPERIENCE

Course Curriculum Overview:

Coming to english hons I had a little different expectations and this turned out to be a little different, This course is too much till where I have studied is inclined towards literature which sometimes students do not like. There are many subjects inside the core, but subjects like literary studies caught lot of attention due to it's attractiveness and different perspectives. Sometimes things go a lot off syllabus which disrupts mindful learning but thankgod it's just 30-40% of it.

The course curriculum is not updated . Teachers uses old method of teaching on pen and paper. Like in statistics now various tools are available in market and instead of making us learn those tools teachers are teaching the most basic things on pen and paper.But the course is very demanding nowadays.

Good and bad's of my college

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is basically design to study economics in a depth so that the understanding of student related to world economic, how economics work , how it affect an individual etc increase and he can work more efficiently to give theories and work in the companies related to economics. The curriculum includes value added course and skill enhanced courses that help us to learn different types of skills that are required in the real world applications. Improvement in these can be done by asking the student to apply all these into real life and connect students with the real life approaches related to the course. For core subjects the timing of paper is 3 hours and for sec and vac courses the timing of paper is 1 hour.

Life as a student in DU

Course Curriculum Overview:

1) i had interest in history from my class 11th. I wanted to further increase my knowledge ane thus accepted my course 2) the course not only prepares u to give exams but actualy leads u to study many papers, books that expands your understanding of the course and also real life challneges where u have to apply it. It also prepares you for further academic pursuits 3) they can opt for more practical learning apart from classroom learning, they can make field trips and let student know about research also 4) the end exams start after 4-5 months of sem start. U are given well enough time to prepare gradually. The assignments, test can make it hectic but if u complete the given work in time, u can prepare well enough for the exams and do well.
