Dislikes

  • Campus is very small and there is only one canteen for the whole college
  • Hostel Facilities: Even though the college is one of the popular colleges in nagpur but it doesn't provide any hostel facilities.

Course Curriculum Overview :

To be honest, for my batches and before the course is little outdated but from 2024, RTMNU by which our college is affiliated change the curriculum adding more modern & relevant to industry subjects. Although the professor provide the Subject notes which very helpful

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

For the first year due to the covid the fees was around ?15000 for General Category Student but I came from reserved category so for me it's around ?738. For the next two years around ?18000 for general category and for the reserved category aroud ?1560 (Except Exam fees which is around ?1713 every semester) For Reserved Category and Economically weaker Section Students there is a Govt of Maharashtra Scholarship and Freeship.

Campus Life :

Our college campus is not very huge. It only contains three buildings 1. Administrative Wing which also includes Library, Main Auditorium, and a Gym. 2. Dedicated building for Management and Research 3. For Classes and Examination also includes a mini auditorium, Laboratories . There is a small Canteen between building 1 & 2. Also there is a Xerox Center, Separated Resting Rooms, Medical room

Admission :

Why I chose this college : 1. Reputation of the college. 2. Academic Excellence 3. Great Environment & Communities. Addmision process : 1. Give MH CET (BCA) exam .Go through CAP round(for my and previous bathes this is not necessary) 2. Fill the addmission form and Submit all the required documents. 3. Pay the addmission fees.

Faculty :

Our college has a reputation for having a well- qualified and experienced faculty across various departments. Our department has two PhD holder teacher. Also professors are available to address student queries even after lecture hours.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have choosen BCA [Bachelor of Computer Applications] and I personally have interest in computer field that's the main reason for me to go with this field. Also the college faculty has good curriculum for the course and also the college campus has every thing that we need basically. As of now the college will start in a few days and being a fresher I won't be able to suggest the areas to improve for the teaching methods but as heard by my school friends and cousins which have taken admission I find this as the best for the course I have choosen.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell is active and functionsal. The eligibility for campus placements is Minimum 60% in 12th HSC and not a single paper back in all exams of every semester. Wipro and TCS make offers in regularly and there ar esome other companies as well in some cases. The highest package offered was to a girl that was 84LPA and the placement rate of the college is very low. I plan on appearing the NIM-CET and getting my masters degree.

The highest package received was of 5-6 lakes. I will pursue MBA after BCA won't compromise for such placement with low salary.
