Campus is located in a good place and near by metro station

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course is good you have to focus on theory pattern to score good marks in academic and you score in practical by doing internship in . Exam are conducted in every 6 months you have get good time prepare for that.

Class Size : 30Course Fees : INR 10000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fees is around 10 thousand per year and and overall 30 thousand apx for whole the course it's depend or subject you choose practical sub has extra charges. There is scholarship for economic weeker section and sc st categories

Campus Life :

Campus life is good there you create good friends here . There is so much to explore and every year there is college fest organised in which a lot of competition are .. and there are so many college clubs to join that help explore more

Admission :

I choose this college because it has a good fame all over the India every student has a dream to study there and there faculty was so good . And admission based on cuet exam you have fill the form online and give exam and score high to get a good college

Faculty :

Faculty members are good and cooperative Exams are semester based there are 6 semesters and marking scheme is based on internal or practical you have to pass in your written exams as well as your internals also

Maitreyi College is Underrated, A VERY NICE EXPERIENCE

Course Curriculum Overview:

Coming to english hons I had a little different expectations and this turned out to be a little different, This course is too much till where I have studied is inclined towards literature which sometimes students do not like. There are many subjects inside the core, but subjects like literary studies caught lot of attention due to it's attractiveness and different perspectives. Sometimes things go a lot off syllabus which disrupts mindful learning but thankgod it's just 30-40% of it.

The course curriculum is not updated . Teachers uses old method of teaching on pen and paper. Like in statistics now various tools are available in market and instead of making us learn those tools teachers are teaching the most basic things on pen and paper.But the course is very demanding nowadays.

Good and bad's of my college

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is basically design to study economics in a depth so that the understanding of student related to world economic, how economics work , how it affect an individual etc increase and he can work more efficiently to give theories and work in the companies related to economics. The curriculum includes value added course and skill enhanced courses that help us to learn different types of skills that are required in the real world applications. Improvement in these can be done by asking the student to apply all these into real life and connect students with the real life approaches related to the course. For core subjects the timing of paper is 3 hours and for sec and vac courses the timing of paper is 1 hour.

Life as a student in DU

Course Curriculum Overview:

1) i had interest in history from my class 11th. I wanted to further increase my knowledge ane thus accepted my course 2) the course not only prepares u to give exams but actualy leads u to study many papers, books that expands your understanding of the course and also real life challneges where u have to apply it. It also prepares you for further academic pursuits 3) they can opt for more practical learning apart from classroom learning, they can make field trips and let student know about research also 4) the end exams start after 4-5 months of sem start. U are given well enough time to prepare gradually. The assignments, test can make it hectic but if u complete the given work in time, u can prepare well enough for the exams and do well.
