- Teachers knowledge about their subject is not up to the mark
- Regular classes are not sometimes taken and attendance of students is not taken very seriously
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course approximately covers all the subjects required for the legal work but also includes some extra subjects which are in the opinion of some students found irrelevant for the course like french, sociology and history.
Internships Opportunities :
The college sometimes provide for internship opportunities in government bodies and public offices but not in private firms. The college gives you opportunity to intern with RALSA( Rajasthan State Legal Service Authority) and Human rights office.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
In 2023 the yearly fees of our college which is UFYLC was 92000 approximately yearly. Now the fees has been hiked to 108000 approximately this year. There are scholarship apportunities for Sc St students which are in bpl list but not for general candidates and obc ones.
Campus Life :
There are not that much social involvements in our college or any clubs. The campus is not that big and could be just termed as BELOW AVERAGE. Our college organises a National moot court competition every year in association ith RANKA charitable trust. This event is considered the biggest social event of our college.
Admission :
I chose my college as a second option. The admission process includes a exam named RULET which is of 150 marks followed by a GD and PI round of 50-50 each. There are total 132 seats in each batch in my college (UFYLC). My first priorities were NLUs which one could get by giving CLAT exam.
Faculty :
There are 6 subjects in each semester. For each subject 50 marks goes as internals and 50 marks are there for the final written exam. Of the 50 marks of internals, 20 is for attendance, behaviour and activities, 10 is for project and viva, and 20 are for internal tests.
Interview Experience :
There was a Exam named RULET (Rajasthan University Law Entrance Test) which is of 150 marks. This written exam is followed by GD and PI of 50 marks each. Merit is made out of the total 250 marks. There are total 132 seats. 50% reserved and 12 seats for EWS.
