Happy Days

Remarks :

Positive remarks good infrastructure and diversity of intelligent and learned students. Negative feedback is too much money minded, business institute. Lack of identifying talents of the students and utilizing it for the future of producing the finest engineers of the country.

Entrance Exam

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course Curriculum is not up to the mark as there are a lot of excessive subjects not in the right set of the course structure. The subjects were theoretically in no relation to the Electronics engineering curriculum. And also there was a lack of practical aspects. The exam structure was semester based. Comprising of two semesters per year.

Placement Experience :

The placements were average but the companies which came for placements were some of the top multinational companies in India spread worldwide. The college did not provide any internships during our engineering days i.e.,2007-2013.

College Events :

Shradhanjali Mister/Miss Fresher event. IEEE seminars. Technology Driven conferences, Science and growth programs. Fun Programs by Radio Channels. Environmental awareness program. Music festivals. Concerts by reputed celebrities from Bollywood. Cricket tournaments inter college.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Expensive because of the RTU norms and being one of the reputable colleges in Rajasthan. The fee structure was 23500 per semester during 2007-2013. The fee structures were quite high during those days now they have risen exponentially I guess.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Scholarship programs were available only for the meritious students from rural areas during the 2007 - 2013. Apart from that, there were no such programs as I know of. Business minded Engineering college not available for charitable work.

Campus Life :

Extracurricular activities were mainly Tech festivals, Robotics, Dance, singing, fashion competitions. Debate, quiz and other cultural events. Lab facilities were good. Ample equipments and space for practicals. Sports facilities were average the grounds got smaller and smaller. Cricket was the main sport. Football, basketball, volleyball, table tennis infrastructures are available but no major tournaments.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel infrastructures were good but the mess Food was below par and not up to the standards. The value of the money spent on the hostel is not worth. But the hostel environment was ideal for studying and getting good marks in the semester examinations. Lots of good, happy and sad memories of the hostel days.

Alumni/Alumna :

Awesome Alumni network and seniors were great. They were very generous, fun loving, knowledgeable and worth helpful. They are all settled in very good organizational positions. And well settled in India and across the globe.

Faculty :

College faculties were pretty average. But some teachers were really brilliant and knowledgeable. Most faculties had a knack of charging students with money for lack of attendance and giving below par internal scores. Hence making the educational institute a business market place. But eventually, the collection of excise was to be shared with the top management. But studies were conducted properly and regularly.

Placement Experience:

Placements here are good enough. A large number of registered students placed every year but last year due to recession insitute placements dropped down from around 95 percent to 70 percent, and this thing happened in every college even in IIT's. some students got placed but did not accepted the offer due to low CTC. and the average package was also dropped last year. Highest CTC offered was around 50 lpa and average CTC dropped down to 11 LPA from 15 LPA last to last year. There are various companies came to our college including Media.net, D.E. Shaw, BNY MELON, AMAZON, FLIPKART, EAGLEVIEW, ION GROUP, TEKION CORP, SCHLUMBERGER, HONDA CARS, DELOITTE, IBM and many more, number of offers made for 2024 batch was 330 as per the placement cell data. and from 7th semester students are eligible for the campus placements. My only plan is to get a decent placement in a tech company and no further study plans I have.

Course Curriculum Overview:

So basically btech is a 4 year course and there are 8 semester,2 sem for each year. As they need to provide 6 month for each sem according to our calculations but they'll only provide u 4 month for each sem which leads a mental disturbance for students coz there are so many exams in every month of the sem so this is hectic but the examination are not so hard and not so easy and also 75 percent attendance is mandatory for all to sit in exam

Placement Experience:

As earlier said there is a lot of upper hand in terms of placements if we compared it with other private institutions, BITJ has a very good placement cell especially made for Btech placements students starting from 6th sem onwards sitting in cell visited by many different companies with a lot different package. The average package of BitJ is about 900000, especially for the CSE branch and highest, go upto 30lac more depending on individual skills and qualities and about 80-90 % of students got placing every year and the rest go to higher studies n all.
