Remarks :

Yes, Piet is the right choice for you. And it gives u all the facilities that can't give all the college in north India. After the other government's college, the private college is one of ranked college is PIET.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Here the Opinion on the course curriculum is not the right way but I am comfortable. Because we have an opportunity to learn so much practical knowledge. And we got a chance to survey in survey camp and summer training so.

Internships Opportunities :

Yes..we got an internship in 3rd year and last year...the third year internship is in Up Nainital, walnut camp and 4rth year Internship is in software. So it's awesome from my point of view. But here no more Experience in the industrial field.

Placement Experience :

PIET is a no.1 for Placement of CSC and IT, ECE, Textiles but very poor for civil and mechanical. Maximum software and sales company hires here. But only a few companies and technical... so for my opinion placement regarding Civil is very poor.

College Events :

Here the 3 functions party is generally very high performance and competition based. 1. PIET Mestros 2. Fresher Party 3. Farewell 4.cultural event 5.PIET quest 6. Miss Haryana auditions etc The PIET mestros is held on Feb 1st and is an awesome celebration.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Feasible like 6.5laakh including hostel and college. But the hostel is a very high rate in comparison to other colleges and from the point of view of food and living...it is too expensive for us...but the college fee is feasible.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The scholarship is based on a percentage basis. And the mostly scholarship is due to PIET quest and other examination. And the loan facilities are also available for Kashmir students. Scholarship due to the percentage is best here.

Campus Life :

PIET has a very high classes computer labs and mechanical labs and best Textile labs...the sports facilities is also the best here. And here the inter college level audition of roadies is also organized.

Hostel Facilities :

The infrastructure rate of the hostel is very poor because of the hostel and college. But the hostel is a very high rate in comparison to other colleges and from the point of view of food and living. The hostel living standards and the price is too much big deal.

External Expense : Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna :

Yaa it's a little bit helpful...in the viewpoint of students growth of extracurricular activities. ..Piet is the right choice for u and is perfect for the students who want to develop the growth in the education line also.

Exam Structure :

Sem wise exam structure the odd semester examination is held in Dec and even semester exam is held in May-June. But the examination is very high performance based and very strict teachers for guarding.

Admission :

Actually, I am from Nepal and the details of this college are asked from the students and after that, I take an interview and an entrance exam for scholarship. After that, I got a 20% scholarship for this course.

Faculty :

The faculty members of PIET is mostly Ph.D. holder and all are reliably good. But in the civil engineering faculty, I totally dissatisfied. But in other courses like mechanical, all faculty member contains great experiences.

Remarks:

Infrastructure of our college is pretty amazing we have a huge campus, we have blocks from A to Q block. We have total of 7 canteens in the whole campus, 2 medical rooms, a central lawn and a total of 4 libraries in which students can study peacefully.
