  • It's soo much strict. U can't even wear colour dress for fests and all. U can't wear crop tops or torn jeans.
  • It's strict in studies to.. you'll have internals every month and get irritated by it.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course curriculum is good . Difficulty level is increased because now St Aloysius is an university but it's soo nice to be post of this university and we are completely enjoying our college days even we have internals every month and the time duration for internals is 1 and half hours for 50 marks????.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The year wise payment for my course is 27000. And it is quite affordable course. Tuition fees for those who haven't studied maths in their puc is 4000. For additional English it's 7,500. For Malayalam it's 7000 And for French it's 8000

Campus Life :

Campus Life is good but in 1st sem there is nothing soo we hvnt experienced anything yet. But for now it's ok ok and we are enjoying our campus lyf how much stressed we are. We are enjoying each and every moments. Main thing you need to have fun friends group.

Admission :

I had applied for mount Carmel college and nitte institution banglore but my parents didn't allow me to go that far and sent me to manglore because it's nearer to my native . And I have no regrets of selecting this clg.

Faculty :

Faculties are good. They are supportive. You can ask them for help. They are soo free to ask doubts. But when it comes to marks they'll never grant marks. U have to do ur own hardwork to earn the marks

Other Applied Colleges

Mount Carmel College - [MCC] | Bachelor of Computer Applications [BCA]

It was too far from my native place

Placement Experience:

In mc college the placement facilities are quite low and only few companies will appear for placement. The final year students are eligible for campus placements. And my plan after getting degree is joining for M.Sc chemistry of two years course in Bangalore city University.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Our curriculum includes syllabus in regard to that of National Education Policy scheme where in we have 2 core subjects. I chose biotechnology and genetics since it something I really look forward to pursue as my career in the field. We had one subject as open elective which enhanced our curriculum since we could choose from various course every semester. The university exams however were conducted for 60marks as theory and 2.5 hours for the same which can be extended to 3 hours

Placement Experience:

There is a mandatory internship for students during the summer break after their 1st year of MSc. BASE Placement Cell (BPC) is responsible to look after the placement and internship opportunities for the students. However, the students need to opt-in for their service or they can handle it on their own. The first batch will graduate in the year 2022 and hence there is no placement record for the same.

Remarks:

It has been a great experience studying at Christ. I have had both positive and negative influences. But the most important thing I gained from Christ is a critical perspective of my own. Whatever its demerits, I thank the college and the faculty for helping me grow into the person that I am now. The lessons I have gained from the campus and the memories it has given me will stay with me forever. It is indeed one of the top educational institutions of India, if you know how to utilize all the great facilities it offers. What I found is, if you are really interested in becoming someone, you can always choose Christ University, It'll give you a push in the right path. It all depends on how you make use of the opportunities before you. Either way, Christ is open to you. It welcomes you into its beautiful campus without any presumptuous notions on where you're from or who you were. Hence, it is a great place for me to make lifelong friendships. like I have.
