Course Curriculum Overview :
The specific hospital of the curriculum is practical nature . Students are given practical assignments to in person visit patients and cure them. The areas of improvement can be more use of modern technology in classroom teaching. Mostly exams are held once in a month and are quite moderate.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The total fee structure for entire 5.5 years is 24000. Hence per year fees is 4000 which is very minimal. The institute supports every Scholarship sponsored by central and state government. For students of schedule caste and schedule tribes there is no tuition fees and they only pay the hostel and Mess fees .
Campus Life :
The annual fest name is ANAHATA held in October of each year. The library has more than 50000 books and many journals are also available mostly of subjects like biochemistry. Daily newspapers are also available on the library counter. There are some student and groups which take care of all other known academy activities happening in the campus throughout the year.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel rooms are quite good as compared to the cost. The rooms space is quite large for two people in double room. Rooms have cots , fans , tubelights ,study tables and charging ports. The maze food qualities very good and it covers both North and South Indian menus.
Admission :
I gave the national eligibility cum entrance test and there by applied to every Medical College I choosed AIIMS Gorakhpur because I was getting MBBS here because of brand value of AIIMS. The admission process of the colleges maintained by National testing agency. Every year in the month of May NEET exam is conducted and then students need to select their preference of medical colleges in the counselling round.
Faculty :
The faculty to student ratio is around 1:20 which is quite good for an institute of National importance. There are two exams and 2 to 3 quizzes in a semester. The two main exams are end semester and mid semester exam. Around 5% of a batch fails in at least a the curriculum is quite relevant to the medical field.
